The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. A beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture, a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

Lovely listed cottage in old centre with garden.

Completely renovated 16th century listed cottage. Only 150 meters from town centre and 50 meters from Waitrose. There are lovely walk along the river Nene. If you come with your pet, the cottage comes with a small walled garden. Free Wifi and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of character with original features. Oundle is a beautiful Market town with a museum, stunning churches, wonderful shops and supermarkets, a busy market and lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants.

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland.
