Vacation rentals in Vulcano Piano

This is one of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed at. The 360-degree view is unreal. The kitchen is charming and well decorated, and we enjoyed some of our favorite meals of our 3-week trip in Sicily here. Alfredo is welcoming and friendly, and quick to reply via msg. He picked us up at the ferry and immediately brought us to the grocery store, where we stocked up on food for our 3-day stay. A few things to keep in mind: it's more rustic and isolated than I expected. You're about a 45-minute walk from the town. If a car takes you halfway, it's only a 20-minute walk- but it's on dirt paths that are mostly uphill. We did get the phone number for a cab driver from Alfredo who took us downtown one evening and that was nice, but walking back in the dark was scary. Also, it may have been because we arrived the day after heavy rains, but there were a TON of mosquitoes. Thankfully the bed does come with a mosquito net, but they were relentless. Other than that, pure magic!

We highly recommend! Just outside of Lipari, the mountain up in peace and nature, small, very nice apartment. We barely heard the neighbor guests. Huge sun terrace – NO traffic noise! Only birds, the wind, the view of the sea, the sunrise. Claudio and his brothers all three make a great service, are very warm, friendly and constantly and quickly accessible with all wishes and plans. We rented a scooter from you and were also only on foot and bus for two days. You can also. Bus stop (and supermarket) only 700 meters away on foot. But does not drive up after 7 pm. But it's also fine :-) You can walk down to the town for less than an hour. We would come back back.

Villa Pomelia is perfectly located in Santa Marina - walkable to the harbour, great restaurants and every amenity. The Villa is a superb space with great outdoor space and looks over the sea towards Lipari. It’s really well maintained and very clean. We had a wonderful few days here. The only ‘disappointment’ was in the bathroom where there was no additional WC paper nor shower accessories. Otherwise perfect 😊

The Case Vacance is a picturesque location, right next to the Lipari harbor. Restaurants and a grocery store are a very easy walk away. Even the remarkable Archeological Museum and the superb Filippino restaurant are less than 5 minutes further up the hill. The apartment was welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. The electronic key system, a first for me, is amazingly efficient. It also has the best wifi connection I’ve experienced in Sicily. But Marco was the best find on Lipari. He’s personable, professional, always helpful, all done with a sunny enthusiasm. Upon my arrival, he met me at the ferry, then walked me to the apartment with my luggage, only to reverse it all when I left. I would most assuredly stay at Marco’s again.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Walking distance to Lipari port, and even closer to the marina where there are several cafes and restaurants. Our private terrace was peaceful and the rooftop terrace offered a great view, a great place for aperitifs. The owner is friendly and kind.

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful of a stay we’ve had at Angela’s. She and her family (hello Ovidio, Rosa, Lina, Tigro, Ruga, Kiki, Etna, and Ciccio!) are some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve come across. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and peaceful place. But there was more to this stay than just the house and views. We truly felt apart of their family, so open and loving. If you plan to stay here, please get to know Angela and her family. We have made long lasting friendships and memories, from boat rides to family dinners. Angela, you will forever be apart of our hearts (and Ossi’s 😉). We will surely keep in touch, and be back for a stay with Angela at the soonest possible time. WE LOVE YOU ALL! ❤️

Giovanni place was perfect. Top locatation and super peaceful vibe up on the mountains. highly reccomend.
