A Slice of Paradise – Five Stars All Around! We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa! The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The house is new, modern and very stylish. The garden is huge and offers a perfect environment for a family vacation with the large pool. We especially liked the barbecue area, and we used it extensively. Entertainment is also provided: There is a table tennis table and a foosball, which was a lot of fun for us and the kids. The setting of the villa is optimal. In just 10 minutes you can reach Rethymnon by car, and in the immediate vicinity there are Lidl and other supermarkets. Despite being close to everything you need, the property is very private and quiet – ideal for relaxing. We can really highly recommend the villa and would come back anytime!

Breathtaking views! The house is brand new, it exactly matches the pictures shown. The pool is very large & during the day there is a perfect mix of sunny and shadowed spaces. There are many small tavernas nearby, you never had to drive far. Very clear recommendation for this villa, it is perfect & we would love to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time at the house. Very relaxing and an ideal place to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and we lacked nothing. There was also something to nibble and drink. The sea is just a stone's throw away. Shopping on foot, visiting restaurant and it even has a bus stop. In other words, you could also travel without a rental car. Ideal for travelers wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. Great Many thanks to Hannah and the homeowner.

We couldn't have picked a better place to host our wedding. Liberty and Freedom team are great at everything they do. We have been planning for over a year with them over email, calls and skype and they have made the process so smooth. They are always making it stress free and communicating everything. Our wedding was absolutely magical! It was everything we asked for and we Thank Rita, Maria, Stavroula and Yiannis for making sure it was wonderful. Also staying there was fabulous, the villas are absolutely lovely, clean, moderny. The owner and the agent are very helpful and ready to support if anything is needed, generous, and welcoming. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed during our stay, clean, nice interior, amazing views. The place is very nice for kids and group of friends. Recommend to have a car with you. Would definitely recommend it for others.

A beautiful villa with an incredible view, the photos don’t do it justice. Around 8pm the sun sets perfectly over the back of the villa. The facilities were great and the villa is so well equipped. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much

This was our second visit to Daphnis Villas as we enjoyed 2 years ago. Maria is an extra sweet and very accommodating host. She took care of us anytime that we needed anything. She responded very quickly and made it feel like home to us. I would not recommend staying anywhere else.

Our stay was incredible! Nikos and his team worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great stay. They organized our transportation and even delivered rental cars to the house for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nikos and Joanna were above and beyond as hosts. They were very responsive with our questions, helped arrange travel for us from the airport, and provided us with some pastries, treats, and water. Their place was absolutely beautiful. Our group of 7 had a wonderful time!

We had a great week at Villa Georgia with our 2 sons (5 and 7 years old). We especially liked the great garden with the heated pool (32 degrees) and the outdoor kitchen/barbecue. The house was very well maintained, clean and everything necessary and even more amenities was available and in good condition. In the village there are 2 tavernas and a small mini market (within walking distance), in the next village by the sea (10 min by car) there are many restaurants and also supermarkets. We really liked the excursion tips, but are all 40min -1h15min from the accommodation. Since Crete is such a large island, you have to accept these distances. Peter was always available and assisted us with tips. Thank you for a very nice week.

Esther was an incredible host who was extremely responsive and kind. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. It was also very secluded which was very nice. Would 100% recommend.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Alex was an amazing host right from booking. He’s super friendly & reply’s quickly to any questions. We had the warmest welcome on check in & the property is beautiful, with gorgeous & peaceful surroundings. You have all the utensils & cutlery you need for cooking, Alex was always on hand if we needed any help with anything. I will 100% be going back & it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about Alex & his property. Highly highly recommend this place.

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila. Fully recommend a stay at the Villa and in Crete

We had a great week at Maria’s villa - the house was spacious and well equipped, we loved the pool and views from the terrace. Great location with cafes, restaurants and Archeology museum within walking distance and bus to city centre right outside, but also only 15 mins drive to airport. Thank you!

The owners were great always on hand and responded very quickly - they arranged car hire and food delivery for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property especially if you like it private - it’s a great location to travel around due to close proximity to main roads to explore along the coast or go down to the south of the island. Would recommend you hire a vehicle, there is a Lidl 5 mins away and the main town is just around 10 mins. This would be ideal for family with older children as there is a great pool and plenty of activities ie pool table / table tennis table. The property was extremely clean with plenty of towels and lovely basket with some fruit / wine on arrival - great hosts and property….
