We stayed here for a family of four trip for one week. The location was great, it was easy to walk to the historic center and to restaurants, sites, grocery, etc. The home is in a gated residential community, so very quiet and safe. The home had everything we needed, very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not sightseeing. The cleaning service was great and they came when convenient for us. The host was very responsive when asked for recommendations on hikes in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Antigua and this was a great place to unwind at when we were done for the day.

Lakeview on the Rocks was a great place for me and my kids to stay for a few days. The place is right on the lake and we used the kayaks several times. It was just a short walk into San Antonio, which is a very traditional village with a pottery, weavers and a fishery to see. There is also a wonderful old church. I highly recommend taking the walking tour by Sergio. It is quite strenuous at times, but we were able to see traditional terraced agriculture and crafts people at work. Plus, the views were smashing! We were also able to book a boat to take us to San Marcos La Laguna for cliff jumping. Rudolfo, Vittoriano and everyone associated with the house were extremely helpful and kind. Knowing a little Spanish would be helpful, but everyone was nice about my lack in that department. It really was an incredible experience being there!

This stay was exactly what I was looking for. Considering I’m not from Guatemala it was extremely easy to get to this location, and the places nearby were as nice as the view from the room, and the 19th floor. The airbnb is cozy, and provides a great view at the Volcanoes that make Guatemala’s iconic. In other words, “bang for the buck”.

The place was easy to find. Close , walkable and safe, transportation was available if did not want to walk. Bed and linen, clean and very comfortable, made me feel at home, place is perfect for two. thank you for your wonderful hospitality, I shall see you again.

Pablo was aware of our messages and soon answered any questions with clear instructions. The house was spotless and located in a private, safe and quiet residential. MY family and I were comfortable. The residential is about 17 minutes by road from Antigua Guatemala on a holiday. In working days and hours of intense traffic it can take between 30 or 45 minutes to arrive or go to Antigua Guatemala. I think it's worth it, especially in high seasons, when it's very difficult or impossible to find accommodation in Antigua.

It's a nice place! Private and secure. My nephew loved the heated pool. It's walkable to the outer rim of Antigua, but maybe slightly too far to walk to the center (definitely doable, but with Uber so cheap and the free shuttle, it's just not worth it). I'd stay here again.

Fredy's space is superb. Super recommended is close to important shopping malls, easy access and the wonder pass there. I hope to be back soon, the water pressure in the superb shower!

2nd time staying at this location and it was great. We were in town for business so we weren’t there much, but the hot tub was nice after a long day of driving and meetings. We brought a missions team last year and it was really great for that purpose.
