We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Thanks to Julie and Pascale, thanks to whom this stay in Annecy will remain unforgettable! The apartment is very clean, very well equipped, warm, tastefully decorated. It must be said that everything has been thought out for our comfort. This is our first experience with Airbnb and we love it. The girls loved the apartment more beautiful and large than the hotel:-) Apartment with a pleasant balcony, views of Lake Annecy and the mountain, close to Old Annecy. We did everything on foot and it was very appreciated. The parking and the residence are secure which is very reassuring. Thanks again to Pascale for hosting us and for her responsiveness. Very well located apartment in the city center of Yenne. It is very easy to park. The accommodation is very clean and very well appointed. The listing is the same as the photos. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. I'd recommend it without a second thought. We had a great time.

Thank you Alejandra!! This was the perfect base for our 4-week family trip to Annecy. We have two kids (7 and 5) so appreciated the lovely, spacious living area and washing machine! Alejandra was a wonderful host, giving us lots of recommendations and always responding quickly when we had any questions or issues. We had a problem with the washing machine, but she fixed it right away with no trouble. The apartment building was quiet and in a brilliant location, with a dedicated parking space right outside and visible from our windows. We had the local supermarket just down the street and the lake less than 10 minute walk away. The mountain view from the balcony is lovely and catches the afternoon sun each day. The apartment itself had a well-stocked kitchen, good wardrobe space in the master bedroom and a lovely bathroom. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to come back to Alejandra's place next time!

Frédérique was responsive during our stay. The accommodation is clean, very well arranged and decorated. The location is very good for discovering Annecy.

We spent the new year at Raphaël's, our stays were very satisfactory. The location of the apartment is perfect. A Christmas market is downstairs, but we hardly hear DJ music in the room. If you sleep in the living room, you hear the noise of the elevator. The train station and bus station that allows us to go to the surrounding villages is just a 10-minute walk. Hot water is perfect and enough for 4 people. We bought toilet paper as it is only 2 rolls. Communication with Raphael was not very active but he responds quickly when we need help

We had a lovely stay. Small downside on the sofa which is not comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise great location to visit, go to the cinema or bowling alley. I recommend

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Visited with friends for cycling, was perfect location for the nearby famous climbs, house well equipped to cater for cyclists with space for bikes, tools are provided etc. Loads of space. Quite quirky collection of stuff in the house. Communication with Emma was really easy and quick, thank you Emma!

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

The apartment is very bright, and the view of the mountain from the bacon is superb. The building is well located, accessible and quiet. We just regret having to unfold the couch to sleep, but that's what allows for a nice space. Denis was very flexible on schedules and gave good advice.

Great stay in Jean-Marc's place. Very comfortable apartment, there is everything you need. The toboggan run is right next door! And the village is a 5 min walk. Jean-Marc was very welcoming and gave us plenty of useful information to make the most of our vacation

We had a great time in the snow. The apartment is 30 min from La Clusaz resort. The village of Menthon Saint-Bernard is beautiful. We saw the castle and the lake is very close. The apartment is large, on 2 floors. It is comfortable, very well equipped, well heated (very nice when you come back from skiing). Laure was very accommodating compared to our check-in and check-out times.

The hospitality and communication was of excellent quality! The instructions I received from Beatrice were very clear, nothing was missing. Ann welcomed us very warmly, very friendly really. She was very responsive by message. Thank you for your good mood! The accommodation is very good, very quiet. It's a shame you had to bring personal towels that take up space in the suitcases. Other than that, everything was fine and thank you again to Ann for hosting us and for her good mood!
