The place is as described. New, well equipped, host Marcos is very attentive and friendly. Great cost x benefit! The location although simple is very quiet... The nearest beach is about 3km away, but Vila Velha ends up being almost everything close if you get an app. I recommend it!!

Of all our stays, the ENÉAS house is shot the best we rent on AIRBNB !!! Enéas is a super person of Bem, and the house package is complete. Besides the house is very functional, and very tasteful, it has close, market, restaurants, barbershop, pizzeria, ice cream and most importantly, it is close to the beach.

Extremely comfortable home, have everything you need. I felt at home, my children loved the place, they have a small square nearby and beaches nearby too. My husband loved the pitanga foot because it's the favorite fruit. We were made to feel very welcome. BLESSED stay!

I had a great experience in the 16 days I spent in this apartment. Well located, comfortable and spacious, it has everything you need to cook and clean the environment when needed. You can do everything on foot. There are good options for restaurants and shops and pharmacy, everything is very close. The communication was very good too, the owner Silvia makes everything clear and responds quickly. I'll be back soon for sure!

The stay in space was very quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and readiness in all our demands. The instructions for getting to the site were very clear. The space well accommodated a group of four adults and provided safety and comfort during our stay in Vila Velha. The neighborhood is quiet, you can do a lot of things walking, as well as offering a more interesting experience for those who like to know places that are more centered on the population that lives there and not the tourists. For us, that was great. In addition, the space is very well equipped for longer stays. We recommend it.

The space is clean, well decorated and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Good location, allowing easy access to any part of the region. The hostess is very sympathetic, super polite and very helpful, we received very well, gave me several tips for walking places, restaurants. The house is cozy and exactly as in the pictures, I highly recommend and if God allows as soon as possible we will return.

the location is great, close to the mall, next 3 blocks from the beach, bakeries, supermarkets. super clean apto, great colchoes, bedding smells. extremely attentive and helpful affections. the apto is great. the building is in need of a renovation, but it does not interfere with the accommodation
