Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Laura was really helpful. I came here as an Erasmus student looking for a place to rent and had to stay at an Airbnb for some days. Laura really helped me out and made me feel safe and not alone. She’s truly the best. Kind and friendly as well as caring she’s the best host you could ask for.

The location was fantastic, with everything just a short walk away. The flat was comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for exploring the city. The shower is great, as are all amenities and the communication was seamless. I highly recommend it.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Great place we felt like home

We enjoyed our stay, Juan was accomodating to our needs and responded quickly to fix something.

Accommodation near a metro station and 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. Home located in a quiet area and with a small mall and restaurants nearby. Also a park ideal for families and children. Quite spacious and pleasant accommodation with the patio. Only problem no free parking if you are by car. I highly recommend this listing and Juan is a very responsive host with valuable tips.

Hearty apartment furnished with love and conveniently furnished. There was a coffee machine with capsules, shampoo, shower detergent in the bathroom and also plenty of terry towels - great. Lively neighborhood, which we greatly appreciated. Even in the evening, there are still many people on the road, so you still feel comfortable at a late hour. Although it was a lively neighborhood, it was quite quiet in the apartment itself, so you could also sleep longer. The apartment is close to a metro station, which goes directly into the city. You will certainly not starve or thirsty in this neighborhood. Communication with Carmen was great. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

We had such a great time at Matis place. It was easy to get in and out of Madrid, we also enjoyed a couple of local bars/restaurants. The supermarket is easily walkable as well as being easy to order an Uber when you have lots of shopping. Mati was always quick to reply when ever we needed anything and was always so friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect for a large group. The pool was so nice and the whole place felt very private.

Daniel was very friendly , clear in his explanations . The apartment ro is as it is I'm describing it I would only improve the quality of the pillows The rest is excellent . Daniel an excellent host

We had a lovely stay at Fernando's. Top-notch accommodation with the many bedrooms and bathrooms well arranged. 2 nearby metro lines that allow for a great trip throughout Madrid. I recommend it and will not hesitate to book again with Fernando if needed!

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!
