Natalie was very communicative and pleasant. House is fantastic. The house is in a nice area with plenty of toys, activities, and places to sleep. The house is as described and fit our needs perfectly. Things are not brand new, but the house is flippin sweet and well worth the price. Natalie made sure we had clean towels, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions. Her outside area is perfect. I’ll be back for sure!

If you are looking for the perfect lake house for a large group, this is it! We had three families and a bunch of young children. This house was immaculate, fully stocked with plenty of bath towels, essentials, and lake gear. The boathouse is perfect for kids and adults to enjoy. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again for longer!

Such a lovely gem of a home! It was the perfect size for our large group of friends, and full of activities. Everything was in pristine shape, and the private dock is somehow even easier to access than I expected — just a single set of steps down, and you pass the cute and secluded fire pit along the way. Other highlights include the (multiple!!) basketball hoop arcade setups, and the movie theater room is just as good as the photos convey. The front yard is huge, too, perfect for organized outdoor games like football and kickball. The only minus I have is super trivial: the TVs in the home all had HDMIs but we couldn’t locate AV/S-Video ports, so there was no way to hook up the Wii we’d brought (for additional games like Mario Kart). Big thanks to Daniel for a 5-star stay. We’re already chewing on returning to this exact spot.

We had a great stay at the Arlington home :) everything was great, lots of space in the house, well decorated and beautiful. The game room was nice downstairs for our little one. All the rooms were very nice!! It was close to many great restaurants and things to do. Parking was very easy with the spots in the back of the house. Would for sure stay here next time we are in town :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dominic's Airbnb, - I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations were immaculate, with every corner of the house meticulously clean and well-maintained. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival seamless. Dominic's communication and hospitality were truly outstanding. He was incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries, and his attentiveness made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply relax, this Airbnb is ideally situated. I usually don't make any recommendations BUT based on this visit - I highly recommend Dominic's place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic family vacation at Matt’s house. The space is beautiful — there are amazing views from every window and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun cooking elaborate meals. There were so many fun activities at the house — from the hot tub to shuffleboard — but there are also lots of great outings within easy driving distance. Matt was an incredibly responsive host who quickly answered any question we had. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever and we can’t wait to return!

Overall we had a great stay at this house. We were a party of 12 and loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The living spaces were also very nice. The close proximity to DC allowed us to get into the city easily and see and do most everything on our wish list. There is a bit of traffic noise as the house is located close to a freeway but when the doors and windows are closed it is tolerable. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to be able to park 2 cars in the driveway.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked and comfortable. However I feel very expensive for the neighborhood, which did not feel entirely safe at night. Christopher is a great host. In his defense it is a very large home and he allows pups which is worth a lot. There weee only three of us so we barely used 1/2 the house.

Our stay was great! The house looks just like the pictures! The host was great with responding and let us extend our check out time. It really felt like home for our family! A great stay🥰

Absolutely an amazing location for our short and sweet spring break getaway. Perfect spot for 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog. WE NEVER LEFT THE HOUSE that’s how incredible the property is. We fished, crabbed, kayaked, grilled, roasted marshmallows, rode bikes, played poker, pool and pinball for hours and hours…. Everything we needed was available: down to the bike helmets and s’mores ingredients!! It was impeccably clean- something I was nervous about renting a pet-friendly house. Would highly recommend Dawn and Jay’s Paws & Retreat!!! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!!

The Wolfe Gilbert House can be described as being elegantly rustic. One can tell the house has been there for many years. Once the inside, all of the expected modern conveniences and furnishings can be found. A working farm and fields surround the Airbnb. The screened-in front porch is the jewel of the residence which is suitable for casual gatherings or relaxation. This is a great Airbnb to simply unwind!!!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It was a perfect fit for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time playing cards in the evening and watching movies. My 4 and 2 year old grandsons looked forward to going to bed at night so they could take a bath in the jacuzzi tub. The house had everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was a hit with my grown children. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect for a sibling gathering and hosting our deceased parent’s cousins. Handicap accessible was an added plus as we are not as young as we used to be! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking a full meal to share.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay,but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

What a blast! This is the second time I've facilitated a group trip to Kristie's place for a weekend of pickleball, food, and laughter. I'm already planning the next one! The house and other buildings are well-equipped and well-kept and provided everything we needed to fully enjoy our time together, including a gorgeous view of the lake from the dining table we gathered around. Absolutely recommend.

Had to book on short notice and they were super responsive. Great place, fantastic location at the base of the mountain. Tons of places to eat and drink close by.

We stayed at this charming home during our recent family ski break. The home is extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Jo was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved the location. It is a few minute drive to base camp and walkable to the playground (huge plus with our kids). Each evening we could see deer just a few yards away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering this house.

The property was one of the most appointed listings with Airbnb we have stayed in. Exceptional beds and bedding. Exceptional bath amenities. Exceptionally equipped Kitchen. The extra things to do on property , canoe, fire pit, games in house and garage play room - you never have to leave!

We had a great time and this location had everything we needed. Beautiful views, peaceful. A great location for both winter and summer. Liz was phenomenal, warm, and accommodating. They are great hosts and have a beautiful home.
