Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Virgin River

This three-bedroom house is amazing (nicer than the pictures) - spacious, clean, extremely well equipped and easy access to Bryce / Zion national parks, Antelope Canyon, the wave / Buckskin Gulch. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was amazing after hiking. Responsive communication and easy instructions. I wish we could have stayed longer and explored more.

This property was amazing and fit our needs very well. The kitchen had everything imaginable with plentiful dishes and appliances. There was also an abundance of towels and sheets available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and direct access to hiking in the area. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. Spacious, bright and a beautiful backdrop of the red canyons. My family of 6 and 3 dogs enjoyed every bit of our stay. We love the big kitchen- which we used making our Christmas dinner. The place is conveniently situated near the Kanab downtown where you can find markets and restaurants. Pete was also good at communicating. He introduced us to Roam- who coordinated our excursions. There was not enough time to explore the vicinity. There are still places and activities we wanted to do. So we will be definitely come back. I already recommended this place to others as they saw my pictures of our vacation. Until next time.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation. Very close to state parks and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again in the future!

Perfect! That’s the only way to describe this home and location. There’s so much to see and do within an hour in any direction. The home itself has everything you need down to the smallest detail. We felt so at home and relaxed. And after a long day, you can’t beat that view from the hot tub! Would come back here in a heartbeat!

I usually don’t leave a full five star review but this place was actually awesome. Lots of hosts say that they have X amount of beds or whatever but this one was one of the few that ACTUALLY had as many as were listed! We were all pleasantly surprised by the interior with all of the amenities and the amount of breathing room and space we all had even with over 14 people there!! 10/10 would recommend.

A group of us stayed here to spend a few days exploring the beautiful sites around Kanab. This is a great property for large groups as each of us were able to have our own bedroom, and three full baths was much appreciated. The house has many of the amenities you want when traveling and was stocked with the basics that we needed for the trip. Upon arriving we noted one minor electrical issue, but after notifying the management company that was taken care of the next morning, and did not impact our stay. The host, Marcy, was also very responsive to all of our inquiries. I definitely recommend this property if traveling with a large group.

Eric’s place was great for our family of 8, the home was very clean & spacious & the beds were comfortable. The access to the garage was great for our two cars. The views were the best part of our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay & 100% recommend ♥️

location is right between Zion and Bryce. The room was exactly what we needed, and with a reasonable price. The host was communicative and promptly helped us when a problem arose.

Lucy was a great host and made sure we had an easy time. The place is very close to Zion and it was peaceful. You could see the stars right outside the room at night. Loved it!

Great location and helpful hosts. We received a lot of snow and they shoveled and offered to help us out on our checkout day.

Enjoyed our stay, great property, full kitchen with all the little extra’s was nice. Previous review said the thermostat only went down to 73. I was able to lower the temp down to 70 or lower with no problem. I had a couple special requests and the staff was more than accommodating. Very responsive and bent over backwards to help. We’ll be using this property management firm whenever possible. Excellent property, very clean, beds were comfortable and open floor plan. Looking forward to the next stay!

Place was awesome! Used it for a golf trip and it had plenty or space, it was very clean, and the courses were very close by so good location. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Laura & Steve’s place was perfect for a short trip to Zion National Park! It had everything we needed and was just a short drive to the park.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Homeowner was there while I was. Super nice lady. Kanab is a very cool area as well. Internet speed is great for remote work. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in the area lots of hikes in Kanab. As well as 1 hr to Zion and about an hour to Page to Glen Canyon. So cozy and walk outside to mountains.

Great condo to get away from the noise of Vegas casinos while being very close to everything when desired.

It was very clean and when we were missing a bed, they were quick to get us a blow up mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and it was a comfortable place to stay.

Place was beautiful, 10-15 min from strip was a good walk & hosts were quick to respond. loved it & will definitely book again!

This! place! is our go too! When we need a quick weekend getaway. It’s quiet, clean, its private. A private front Patio to lounge and bbq. The patio overlooks the “Adult only Pool” 🤩 about 30ft from your front door. It’s ALWAYS!! quiet, which we love. Chairs and towels are always available for the pool. Perfect size kitchen for either cooking in or ordering in. Lots of places near by. The place could fit 4 comfortably, with the bed in the bedroom and the pullout in the front room in this southwest style home. AMAZING!! Water pressure 😂 In the Large shower is to die for. Wildlife such as birds, lizards, butterflies, and hummingbirds are always playing about through the rose garden surrounding the pool. You can also schedule massages if you wish. There are several properties to rent in the complex however this is out favorite! So if you want a quick, quiet, peaceful, uninterrupted lounge by the pool all day… this is the place!!!

Andrew has been an amazing host, and we were very thrilled to stay at his place! Place was clean with beautiful amenities. We were worried about distance from strip but turned out we loved the neighborhood even better as we could get away from loud noises from the strip. It was less than 10 mins drive when we needed and very accessible. Definitely will come back!!
