Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Virgil

This is a renovated ground-floor apartment in one of the many older homes found all throughout Ithaca. The space is nice. Very clean. I really appreciate that there are tons of surfaces put your stuff throughout the apartment, including the bathroom. We were there in the middle of January. The space is heated by a single giant radiator in the floor. It throws out enough heat for the main living areas of the apartment. The bathroom also has a portable space heater. I think I remember reading that the bedroom does too, but we didn't need it. Of all the AirBnb's we've stayed at in Ithaca (4 or 5), Katherine & Jia's is our favorite!

I was traveling with two friends to a dog show. The house was perfect for us, washer/dryer, fenced yard and we loved having the full kitchen. Ceiling fans and other fans provided made for a restful night.

Your property is absolutely accommodating with everything needed to the beautiful views from the bedroom and looking right out the kitchen window at all the birds! I can’t say enough about your home ! I would recommend your home to anyone looking for a ski getaway to hiking and everything else ! We found the house to be very clean and spacious. It is an older home with a few modifications and peculiarities, but overall it proved comfortable for our family get-together. It is located with easy driving access to shopping areas, the university, or downtown Syracuse. We had a minor issue with the automated heat settings but the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay so much it felt like our second home. While in town for a class at Corning Studio, this was the perfect place to rest and relax for each day. The layout, amenities, cleanliness, details, and the neighborhood made this stay wonderful and a place we would stay again in the future. (Did not get a chance to enjoy a bath in that tub)

Denise’s house in Ithaca was an ideal spot for our extended weekend getaway. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it easily accommodated our group of four. Denise even allowed us to bring our cat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we felt right at home cooking our own meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’ll definitely be booking Denise’s house again next time we visit Ithaca.

This is the place to go for comfort and location! From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out everything was superb! Take your time and check out all the memorabilia and art throughout. The beds are on demand hot water makes it comfortable and hard to leave. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Stay here!!

Great home base for a Cornell visit - walkable to downtown, off-street parking, spacious and comfortable house that was well appointed. Had everything I needed. One note that for people with mobility challenges it might not be the best choice; like any old house the stairs are steep and shallow, and like most places in Ithaca, the outside is pretty hilly. But for everyone else it's really a great choice. People kept asking me "how is your AirBnB" with some skepticism in their voice, and I kept assuring them it was truly comfortable and lovely!

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

This place was spectacular! Our family had an amazing time. It was everything we wanted and allowed us to focus on making incredible memories together. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved our stay in Auburn. The pictures although accurate simply don't do the apartment justice! It is super cozy, light filled and had everything we could need. The fireplace in the bedroom was a game changer! We easily cooked multiple meals in the kitchen. The location is perfect, easy to walk to town or the grocery store. Timothy was a great host, quick to answer questions and offer assistance. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay here during the winter and we fall in love with it more every time. It’s so peaceful, beautiful property, quiet, and the cabin is perfect in every way. We feel so lucky that Sherry and her family share this special place with others. You can tell so much love has gone into creating this cabin. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace, cooking meals every day in the kitchen, walking in the snow with our dogs (who had SO much fun playing outside), and waking up to the view of the snowy trees each morning from the loft. We can’t wait to return again! This is one of our favorite places to go for a getaway!

Gorgeous view! With the addition of the hot tub and wood fire place it was the perfect winter retreat for us. Conveniently located around the corner from their Apple orchard and tap room with food and drinks. So many breweries and things to do close by but then come back to a private quiet house.

A great host! Very friendly and Always responsive / able to help in any way. They made the stay that much more peaceful. A perfect spot with everything you need. Beautiful property and surroundings. Worth every penny spent, would def recommend it and use it again myself whenever needed. Thanks so much!!

This place was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated. It's not the average air bnb with multi property management, it's clear that Anne and Frank enjoy creating a beautiful home and property and take pride in being awesome hosts. Would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the outside pond and trails. Highly Recommend!

Cute spot to stay in and easy to get around Fayetteville. Rachelle was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved our stay! We had another place booked, but they ended up having a maintenance emergency so we had to very quickly book with cate last minute. She was very quick with responding and accommodated a slightly earlier checkin which was very helpful. The house was adorable. You can hear the traffic (including trucks) whiz by at night, but it’s only bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. We accessed wineries easily as well as Ithaca.

Great location to both sides of the lake and Watkins Glen Park.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to visit the Gorge and see the Corning Glass Museum 30 minutes up the road. It was a nice quiet retreat with great vibes. Lots of dog friendly restaurants in the area. I even got engaged over the weekend and everything went as smooth as butter. The room we rented was exactly as described and was lovely. We made some great memories here and would highly suggest staying with Leslie if the room suits your needs.

Communication was awesome from time of booking to check in, all the way to check out time and even after. Kelly was beyond hospitable and even went above and beyond to personalize our stay, we were still finding new fun decorations and “hidden” items after two nights. The amenities she has on hand from the kitchen, to games, bath accessories, you name it and she has it available. The cabin is exactly what the post lists it as, so cozy and the perfect place for us to just relax and get away from everyday life. We were looking to just bum it out, and spend quiet time together for our anniversary, WITH OUR DOGGO (BONUS!!), we picked the perfect spot. I love that it is so close to a busier “down town” with a ton of restaurants/stores/attractions within 5-15 minutes, yet it is tucked away on the hillside and provided absolute privacy for the entirety of our trip. I would recommend this destination 100% for anyone looking for private, comfy place to stay in the area. Thank you Kelly!!!!

This cute little house was perfect for us. The location was great. It was clean and ready and they even had a few snacks, drinks and food items in the fridge waiting for us! The gas fireplace is cozy. We had several snow and ice storms while we were there. Brian was fantastic! He was right there to shovel and snow blow. The rail trail was also convenient for us. My husband is a cyclist and he was able to get on his fat bike and go right out through the backyard. I would say the only negative and it was not an issue for us is to note - there is no bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms so if you gotta go at night you have to go downstairs. So you have to remember to PB4UGTB! LOl. Great host. Highly recommend! Kim&Joe
