Cabin 80 sqm with sea view newly renovated in Mönsterås

Cozy cottage with sea view on Nynäs before Oknö. Connect with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own plot about 100 meters to the sea close to swimming and nice hiking areas. Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

Charming old farmhouse from late 19th century.

Excellent old-style accommodation, for individuals, couples or family to discover the Västervik archipelago and swimming areas. Fully equipped kitchen (single standard), flat spring stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Excellent also for those who need short-term accommodation in the work. 5 min walk to the city center. 5 min drive to 5 star Lysingsbadets resort. 45 min to Vimmerby/Astrid Lindgren's World. Leave the house clean, in good condition, please. For cigarette smells, an additional fee of 5000kr is charged.

Simple cabin right on the water

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.

Cottage in Källa, Löttorp, on Northern Öland. Finished August 2021. 500 meters to Ölands Golf Course, 0 meters to nature and relaxation. Accommodates 4 people (adults beds). There are all amenities you need. In addition, a large garden where the children can play football, other activities while the parents relax on the patio deck facing south. Lovely and spacious villa in a rural location for the large family, or larger group. With a view of and proximity to swimming and fishing lake. The house is from the 30s with two floors plus basement and is newly renovated (except for two bedrooms). Modern with a rustic feel and large garden.
