Thank you Yassine. We loved staying at your place for the duration of our Olympic adventure. The great location is the main thing about this property. Shops and great restaurants are on the doorstep (not to mention the fantastic boulangerie). Location to both the RER and metro is also great. Flat is bijou but has everyone you need. It was hot when we sulfates so we loved the air con unit. Very well stocked and the little extras were hugely appreciated. Yassine is super responsive when we had questions and was kind enough to let us stay a bit longer on our departure date. Thank you! 🙏

Perfect place for a family of four! big shower which is rare to find in Paris, very comfortable beds in both rooms, supermarket and a pharmacy just under the apartment as well as public transportation, 10-15 minutes drive to all the tourist attractions, very responsive host, we had the best time celebrating Christmas and New Year’s in Nicolas Apartment, super recommended!

We recently rented an apartment and could not have enjoyed it more! The location was perfect – close to both grocery store and public transportation which made it easy to get around and explore the area. The apartment was spacious, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another big advantage was the communication with the host. It was incredibly fast, professional and helpful throughout the process. All questions were answered immediately and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely recommend this flat to other people looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

I stayed at this apartment for 7 days and am very satisfied with it. It is very well located, clean and as described. The host was very responsive, especially after a small lack at the beginning of the stay, which was quickly resolved. Honestly, I would highly recommend this accommodation for its excellent value!

It was our second time coming to this apartment and it was great once again. It’s very close to Disneyland Paris with public transport or in our case an Uber. Your car can park in an underground parking garage. Unfortanately, one of us got food poisoned. We contacted Vincent whom tried to call a doctor for us and gave us some tips about nearby hospitals. We really appreciated the quick and good communication. We would definetely recommend this apartment.

Very nice spacious location. Well located near station, supermarket and other facilities. Parking right outside the door. Great beds and house was nice. Still a lot of chores to make it tidy in the house, jamming doors and small jet of hot water upstairs. All in all, a great location for when you go to Disneyland and Paris itself with a large family.

Great Appartement with an excellent host. You can reach Disneyland within a few minutes and Paris within 20 minutes with the train, while the location is in a quiet area. The host is super friendly, overall a great experience - I would even say one of my best AirBnB experiences.

We had a nice stay close to our families and one day at Disney the accommodation is very clean, well-equipped it's just a shame we can't adjust the heating because a little cold rooms with a baby

Our family of 4 from the UK stayed with Francoise for 4 nights. We booked here so we were close to euro Disney and it really is only the 8 minutes away as advertised which was just perfect 👌🏻 We took an Uber there and back both days which cost between 12-15 euros each way which I think is around the same as parking charges and so much easier and they are always only minutes away 😊 The property is absolutely beautiful especially the garden area 😍 It was big enough for the 4 of us with everything we needed, WiFi for the teenager lol and access to Netflix and YouTube on the tv which was great for us to relax on a night . The kids loved the pool and it is kept so clean 💗 Francoise made us feel so welcome, we felt like we were staying with a family friend 💗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- would definitely recommend

We had just a 20 hour layover in Paris and wanted to stay near the airport. This apartment was the perfect fit for us. It was in a cute little village, with lots of walkable restaurants and a park with a nice church and other features. Very convenient to the airport. We rented a car and we're able to explore the area. We drove to Chateau Ecouten, which was a nice authentic place to see. The apartment had plenty of room for our family of 5. I loved the video link that showed how to get into the apartment from the parking area. Very low stress!

There are plenty of restaurants or take away services in the area, it was convenient for our late arrival. We'll come back to her place if we come back to the area . We are so glad we found this air BnB and would definitely return if we were to visit Disneyland again and would 100% recommend to our friends and family. It was clean, lovely, a perfect location and Lara and Pilar were great hosts.

Great location, quiet and peaceful yet near metro and supermarket and a great little bakery. Apartment kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking and beds were comfortable with a great night’s sleep for our family. Good base for sightseeing, metro station has a manned ticket office and helped us get the right ticket for visiting Versailles . Highly recommended.
