Pleasant weekend in this family home. Pool , hot tub, bedrooms and large stays are the key elements to enjoy a good time for families or groups of friends. 10000000% RECOMMEND!!! My wife and I are traveling to Monaco from Paris and stopped along the way. It was literally the best place! Exactly what we were looking for! They welcomed us at the gate and introduced themselves and us to their horses and very well behaved and very sweet dog. The room was beautifully decorated with too many extra little touches to name. She also had refreshments in the fridge and a very cool shower with really hot water. Bed was very comfortable and slept great! And to top it off, she brought us the most fabulous breakfast served straight to our room. I would definitely go back for longer if we ever find ourselves back out this way!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated but not overcrowded. Physical welcome, it's lovely. Everything is clean and tidy. Everything is there for cooking, there are just shopping, there are several supermarkets in a perimeter of 15 to 20 kilometers. We took a short walk along the Yonne, which starts just behind the house. We had a great stay. Thank you Eric and Carine.

We had a FANTASTIC 10 days at Samuel's place! We did a great mix of days in Paris (park at Bois du Roi then there are regular trains to Gare du Lyon which takes 35 minutes!!) and local days exploring the forest and Barbizon. We highly recommend Fontainebleau as a day out. The town is very pretty and the chateau is well worth a visit! The house has lots of space and great facilities. A well equipped kitchen and lovely outside space. The pool was a hit with our youngest but a bit cold for the adults! The house has lots of character and is well decorated throughout. The indoor swing was a lovely chill spot for children too. Although the house is in a quiet spot there are lots of shops close by. Check in was very straightforward and all the information was well communicated. I highly recommend this house. It's a real stunner!

We had a great stay at Pierre's. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need, even for a long stay. Communication with Pierre was excellent and we will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Thanks for everything!

We spent two nights at Guillaume's with friends for my birthday. Both houses are very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is done to make us feel at home. The kitchens are very well equipped, the decoration is neat, there is a large fireplace in each house. The bedding is very comfortable and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. We received a very warm welcome from Sophie who provided all the necessary explanations. I highly recommend for a stay for families or groups of friends.
