Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

great accommodation(beautiful volumes, beautiful views especially from a terrace and balconies, functional) , super well located in a great village/town , on the harbor and less than 2 minutes from the historic center and less than 4 minutes from the main square, great hosts, no surprise.... great stay. Loved it! The host, Olivier, and his wife were highly attentive and friendly. They really made us feel like pampered guests, welcoming us into their home and taking time to talk to us about Montpellier and the surrounding region. The property was clean and comfy for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old son. When we were there in April 2025, the city was installing a tram on nearby Rue Clemenceau, which means that getting into the center will be lightning fast when it's done. Even without the tram, though, it's a short (maybe 10-minutes?) and lovely walk to the heart of town. A playground nearby (just off Rue Clemenceau) was perfect for my son; the house's private grounds were also nice for him to play in. A large supermarket and other retail are on Rue Clemenceau -- a 2- or 3-minute walk. Absolutely no complaints! Tip: The plage de l'espiguette is a huge and scenic sandy (not stony!) beach that's about a 35-minute drive from Olivier's house. Thank you, Olivier!

Emilie was an extremely responsive and helpful host from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. She messaged us to let us know when we could check in and all the details (from finding parking and entering the building) were descriptive and easy to follow. We loved the space, which was quiet and peaceful- even though we were walking distance from everything we wanted! There were so many little touches like jam, chips and waffles that made us feel welcome. Highly recommend - Emilie was lovely and Montpellier has my heart.

The accommodation is close to the exhibition center, which was very convenient for us. Pleasant and well maintained, close to amenities, with parking nearby. Florence is a very welcoming host, we recommend it!

I had a great time in Montpellier staying in Laurent's triplex. He was incredibly welcoming and full of advice for things to do in town. His place was exactly like the photos and a great setup all round. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect! Beautiful quiet house, very well equipped. The photos don't do it justice because the house is very large. The terrace is lovely even in September. There is a toilet outside which is a plus with elderly people who cannot go up and down the stairs easily. The listing did not mention it but there is also a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient. We will gladly return to Bernis which is a very pleasant and very welcoming village. See you soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at your place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The property was exactly as described – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, local restaurants, and major sights. I especially enjoyed a comfortable bed it made my stay even more special! Communication was excellent; they were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests I had. We loved our two days and two nights at Matthieu's. Peaceful and quiet oasis. In the middle of winter, the wood fire was delightful. Matthieu is very responsive to any questions. Wonderful bedding. Everything is nice. Really, we felt very good! We want to go back.
