Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

The apartment is perfect, very comfortable and has everything you need. The access of the Parking to the apartment could be better indicated, we had to leave to get to the access to the tower in the rain. With some signs in the parking would be enough, but it's not Aleks problem, I guess it will be a community issue. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great flat. In a good location close to sea. It’s on the top floor with a lift so easy to get luggage to. Close to supermarkets and an easy walk into town. Stayed there for three weeks cycling on my own.

A very spacious and complete apartment. Nice base from which to explore the area. The private parking space in the garage is very nice. You walk right into the apartment. A nice complex, quite new. You do need a car but then you will also be at the shops in no time. Quarter of the airport, also nice. There is a big terrace . Also very complete. You have no sun, which is unfortunate in winter. We highly recommend the flat.

We are a group of young chavales that we travel a lot throughout the year, and it is from the most spacious airbnb and better value for money, everything perfect, very spacious apartment, and the owners are very friendly and close, 100% recommended.

Great location on edge of the historic quarter. All attractions within easy walking distance. Denia also has lots of lovely restaurants in the Old Town. Also well placed for visits to other lovely coastal towns such as Javier, Calpe and Altea, though car rental is advisable to access these. Out I’d season, free parking is plentiful. The region also 3 National Parks providing numerous walking/biking trails.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Thank you for hosting us.

We were super comfortable in Laura and Carlo's apartment! The terrace is unbeatable with sea and sunrise views. Above it has another smaller one with another table with very good views. The pool we couldn't use it for the time we went but for sure it's great too. They responded to us quickly at all times. We highly recommend it!

Excellent stay. Quiet, clean and neat urbanization. The house is as shown in the photos,comfortable and with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Mr. Hakan was most helpful and friendly, always attentive and with immediate response. Extra recommendation: Leaving the Urbanization and next door to the Suma supermarket there is a fantastic cafeteria! Recommended the house and its owner!

We enjoyed our time here. Our host Elisa was really nice and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has all the facilities you need. The roof terrace is lovely! Would come again.

We had a fantastic holiday, the Villa was amazing with everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

Apartment is clean and nicely furnished. The host is amazing - friendly, helpful and overall very caring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described and decorated beautifully. The added touch of a Christmas tree was a lovely and the pellet burner made it extremely cosy on the colder evenings. This wasn’t our first visit to Xabia but the first staying in the old town. We would definitely stay here again as the location is great. Amy and Dido sent clear instructions for check in and made things very easy for us. We would not hesitate to book through them again. Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with a large fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, a large balcony with plenty of seating and the hot tub. The balcony gets the sun in the morning so great to sit out there first thing in the morning. A beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools in the apartments area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. A well laid out living room with table to play games or eat. There is nothing to find fault with this apartment at all, and it has 24 hour security, a fully equipped gym near the pools and basement parking. And of course the host Jorge is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I got the chance.

The apartment is just beautiful and very well maintained. It is modern and absolutely tidy, which made the stay particularly pleasant. Location could not be better – less than a minute walk to the beach! Nearby there is everything you need: trash cans, restaurants, a park and numerous shopping opportunities. So you don't have to worry about anything and can fully enjoy the stay. The contact with the host was also excellent – always quick, friendly and helpful. All in all a perfect place to stay that I can absolutely recommend!

We were totally impressed with the place. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the view is stunning. The equipment is luxurious. Everything is minutes away. On the street is directly a kiosk with everything you need.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
