On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the ground floor there is a 2nd bedroom and the bathroom/toilet plus side rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. Table tennis and children's swing are available. We live next door and can be reached at any time.

Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Go on vacation in a beautifully renovated 120-year-old stone house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders on a fairytale forest with 3 sides. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house there are 2 residential units, which each include a parking space.

Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms on the first floor. Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.
