The spectacular flat-house. Clean and new. All Amenities The floor had radiant heating, I had never tried it and it is a delight. My 16 year old daughter described her bed, as the best of all the beds she had used away from home, "Mom, it was like I hugged the mattress and pillow..amazing" Very happy we go, if we come back again, we will choose it. A new house, spacious, very clean, with all the necessary amenities, in a quiet area, it is not central, but it is not a problem because it is close by walking, perfect to know Astorga and surrounding villages. Jose Migue is very kind, he was able to receive us, he showed us the house and paid attention to his guests, he responds quickly to messages. Highly advisable.

Unbeatable apartment to go with family. We found the mounted cot (which is appreciated as that type of cribs can be tricky). David was attentive at all times that we were comfortable. When we go back to Oviedo, we already know where to stay.

The apartment excellent super clean and perfumed from the bedding and bathroom to furniture and rest. Very quiet town, with supermarket, pharmacy a few meters away and spectacular views. Access to all places in Asturias is very good. I recommend it 100%... If I go back to Asturias I definitely book it again.

Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and the original materials of this wonderful apartment that possibly touches 100 years old, with the comforts of a current construction apartment. I loved the floors of cooked clay or hydraulic mosaic, originals and the foundry radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original, … etc. All combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decorating ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the tastefully and painstakingly painted classic furniture. The restoration of the sofas, Vamos, all right from my humble opinion. I wish you a great success since I am sure your apartment is a great option for those of us who like to enjoy a comfortable accommodation, close to everything and very spacious.

Great location to explore Asturias. Rosa was super helpful with recommendations. The one thing I'd mentioned is that our apartment door opened directly onto a busy road. Beautiful garden to relax in and felt right at home, everyone so friendly.

Love love love the place. It was beyond our expectations. The view was amazinggg, couldn't have enough of it. Host was so kind and was available when ever we needed Public transport was good too just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and bus goes straight to the oviedo centre. Thank you so much for everything once again :)
