Arnaud was the best host! Very friendly and flexible, with clear instructions 😊 The apartment is very beautiful and gives an authentic feel. The area was also very nice with restaurants and bakeries nearby. The area was quiet and peaceful 😊

Great location! Our guests were always communicative, giving updates and clear instructions. I traveled with 3 friends and we felt so comfortable at this place. Everything was very clean and cozy. It is located 10 min walking from the Eiffel Tower so we had a beautiful view every night coming to the apartment. 2 metro stations 5 min away walking. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris!

Positive aspects of the accommodation: Excellent location, very central and close to everything, with good restaurants, the subway, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. Also, Tristan always responds quickly to my messages. Negative aspects of the accommodation: The apartment is exactly as in the photos, but with less light at this time of year (September). The heating is central and only starts working in October and by the end of September we already feel cold, as the apartment is quite humid. The bed in the bedroom has two mattresses and the top one is smaller, as is the sheet, so it was not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the third person does not take a very hot shower. We loved our stay! Hope to come back.

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Very clean and organized place!

What a refreshing stay we spent our children and we in this refuge in the middle of the forest! The cottage is as original from an architectural point of view as it is functional and pleasant to live in; its position in the woods, while being close to the necessities to stock us, makes it a welcoming and exotic cocoon while being easy to access. Thank you again, Laurie-anne, for sharing this wellness setting that allows us for a weekend or more to immerse us, a short distance from the big city, in the atmosphere of a cabin in the forest, in an ultra chic version:).

House clean and as described and communication with Taous was great. Very responsive and clear in its guidelines. I would recommend it 100%.

We are delighted with our stay. Entry is very easy. The house is large, secluded, quiet. The beds are comfortable. There is one towel for each person as well as a basic kit. Nadia was lovely to us and very accommodating. Anyway, I recommend it!

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

"We loved our stay in Paris and staying in Sandro's apartment was a differential. Close to good restaurants, metro , Pantheon, Arena, among other attractions and easy to go by foot or by metro on all sides of Paris. The apartment has the essentials for a good stay and to be able to eat at home. Quiet, and great for housing a small family. We will stay again and recommend it.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

We stayed in Michel's place after finding that our previously arranged stay had stairs that we were not aware of. Access to an elevator was a necessity for us. We booked this stay last minute but we were very pleased. The apartment was spacious, very clean and minimal and uncluttered. Highly recommend booking Michel's place.
