I really like the apto. He had everything he needed, including bed and bath linens, fundamental for those who come from another country.

Best place to stay if you like to go walking to find tons of great restaurants and bars. Very close to supermarket options, pharmacy, and basic supplies. The flat is located in one of the trendiest districts of Asuncion. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, quite comfortable for 5 people. The building has a 24-hour doorman, is safe and also has a very nice terrace.

I’ve rented Airbnb places for years but this has been the BEST so far! From the amenities to the service. I’ve loved staying at this place, there’s also 24/7 security and I think it’s in a really great location. Will absolutely come back! And thanks to Jacqueline for the amazing service!

The place is spotless, super nice and clean everything… super comfortable all the comforts… a very safe place.. receptionists and very friendly guards. Overall great!

It was amazing to have rented the apartment because it is very large, has air conditioning, TV and everything you need regarding the utensils. When I booked the apartment, the Asdru gave me all the instructions by message, 1 it will send the password of the black gate (entrance) 2 it will send the password of the glass door 3) When entering through the glass door, you just turn the right to go up the stairs and find the number of your apartment and finally 4) The door of the ap will be open with the key on the inside. The place is very safe and you do all this yourself, you don't need to be received by some person because you just follow these steps. Asdru is an amazing person, he understood my side and was super flexible as a chack-in and of course I recommend it!

Great place to stay in prime location. The apartment complies with everything it has to offer and Cristina has always responded quickly. Recommended!
