Accommodation exactly as in the photos, calm location, practical because it is a few meters from a market and other points of interest. About 10 minutes drive from the center of Guimarães. The self check-in was super practical and with the password we had access to the safe with the keys. The house was extremely clean and the central heating was certainly a differential, giving the necessary thermal comfort on the colder days we were there. When we reached the site, the house was already heated! The kitchen is well equipped and has served us beyond what is expected. The garage accommodates a large car well, since it has a table for conviviality. It is a great accommodation for the family. If you seek tranquility with comfort, this is the ideal space.

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

Fernando received us very well, with delicious oranges waiting for us on the table as well as a good bottle of wine. Very responsive to our requests. We highly recommend it.

With the whole, children 7 and 5 years old, family stayed 5 nights. The garden was huge and nice. The cottage was very private.

Luis’s house is truly a rare gem. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves after spending a quiet evening by the fireside was super awesome and calming. Luis is an excellent host and helped us with everything we needed. Warmly recommend visiting his house, which is also very well suited for families.

This Airbnb was lovely, clean and very well stocked. One tiny complaint was sometimes noisy, this however had nothing to do with the host.

Our stay at Jorge’s apartment was wonderful. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have rented. The built in cabinetry/storage in every room was both beautiful and functional. The apartment was spotless and had many amenities and extras- wine and pastel de natas to welcome us! Guimaraes is a beautiful city and much of it is walkable from the apartment. The castle and duke’s palace are a must see. We are an older couple so in the evenings we used Uber to get to the old town for dinners- not for safety reasons but the cobblestone sidewalks are a little intimidating at night! Jorge went above and beyond as a host when we had a minor incident/accident with our rental car. He was so patient and helpful while speaking to the local rental car agency on our behalf. I only wish we had more time to visit the surrounding area as well. There is always next time!

We had a pleasant stay with an amazing sea view. A pleasure to see the sun set above the ocean. The apartment is super pretty and perfectly decorate.

This is a great property. It is well maintained and extremely clean and has everything you need. The area is really good too; you can walk to a few restaurants in the area, plus there are 3 supermarkets nearby if you want to stretch your legs a little bit. But mostly, you will need a car to visit the city, which is absolutely beautiful - especially the Roman bridge and the old downtown area. Last but not least, Dona Maria is very friendly and made our check-in experience extremely pleasant. Thank you Dona Maria!!! This property is a gem. We're definitely coming back.

Our stay at the apartment in Vila do Conde went very well. It is located on a very quiet street with space to park the car. The residence is very clean, it is on the 1st floor with asenceur, 1 minute walk to the beach and its sunset😎. There is a little noise from neighbors due to the resonance of the walls but nothing exceptional for a condominium. There is a supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes walk away, it's super convenient👍. When we arrived, we were super well received by Sandra's parents despite the big delay of our plane and we sincerely thank them with this message🙏🙏.

Very large and nice ground floor apartment. More beautiful in person than what you expect based on the photos. Everything is available, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. Well-maintained seats, lots of cooking utensils. Beautiful pool and well-kept communal garden. Very Portuguese feeling. If you want to do different activities, that can be a bit annoying because you only have 1 key to the apartment.

The condo is a great place, in an ideal location outside Porto, beautiful view and close to some small and amazing restaurants. Paula was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend paying for the underground parking. It’s a city so street parking can be limited and costly. As for the garage, be prepared for you need a smaller car. Ours was a 4 door midsize and I was able to get in and out just fine. The ramp getting out is very steep so be prepared. All doable just be prepared. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. The restaurants near by are great. We will definitely be back! Thank you Paula!
