it is super good, both pricey and what the accommodation is. a very monkey terrace from where you see the sea, it is less than 15 minutes from the area of the thin ponta airport and very friendly at all times.. we had a flight delay of 12 hours, where we arrived at the early morning house, and. still couldn't have problem, thank you!

Beautiful quiet house with splendid views of the ocean. A car is required to move around but it is the perfect location to recharge quietly for a few days.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our group of 5 liked the ability to spread out a bit on this 3 bedroom house, and the 2 bathrooms minimized the congestion getting ready in the morning. We liked the private parking inside the property, but since we had a rental that was a little larger and without the greatest turning ratio, we opted to just park on the street rather than negotiate with the driveway. We always found a spot in front of the church next door. Totally equipped kitchen and proximity to supermarkets gave us a break from eating out all the time and a chance to enjoy the property's great backyard. Carla was very helpful, easy going, and the house was spotless. The area is not in the heart of any action, but still only a few minutes drive away from anything, and it was fine by us (in fact, we preferred it). There is a convenient little market literally under the second floor great for essentials. Amazing place, and we were grateful for Carla for the opportunity to stay in it.

Cal. Haus is a very beautiful place! A tasteful cottage with idyllic garden and impressive views over the ocean. You'll feel at the end of the world! The cottage is small, ideal for 2 people, a bit cramped for 4. Very tastefully decorated and equipped for everything. Very neat, nice design details, nice welcome with fresh bread. Warm welcome from Monia, who also shows the secluded village on arrival. Very smooth and correct communication with owners Maria and Miguel. Cal. Haus is highly recommended!!

One of the best places I've been able to stay in during my travels. Very quiet, comfortable, nice furniture, very comfortable bed, nice touches for breakfast. Everything was really perfect. Nordeste is a remote corner of the island and sometimes a little neglected when it's superb. I would 100% recommend this place.

Wendy was a great host! Our flight landed early and she was accommodating with letting my family and I check in early. She was very responsive with all our needs and even gave us good recommendations. I will definitely be visiting again. If visiting Azores I definitely recommend staying at Wendy’s place.

mariana’s apartment is super comfortable and clean, great view and just some minutes away from a great beach, we had an amazing time there.

We loved our stay! You can see the ocean off one side of the patio. Walkable to marina and restaurants. Great space.

Maria, was a fantastic host - I think the best we may have ever had! She allowed us to check in early after flying overnight from Toronto and she also let us check out late. She was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Maria's place was colorful, welcoming, cozy and centrally located on the island. She provided us with fresh breads, cheese, wine, jams, coffee, tea and a delicious pineapple! We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back and visit beautiful São Miguel again. ❤️☀️🌴🍍🐄

The kids loved the pool, was quiet place, and lots of space. the beds were comfortable, the location was good. the view from the kitchen was fantastic.we loved that we had three showers and toilets.

Raquel’s home is something we will always remember. It’s stunning (even more stunning than the pictures), well located, so comfortable, and truly an upscale but also family-friendly home. We were blown away by her attention to detail and the architecture of the home. Every evening we sat outside and watched the sun go down while listening to the church bells and enjoying the sea breeze, and every morning our kids played on the lawn while we sipped coffee. The place is spacious and all 4 of us had more bedrooms than we needed to comfortably sleep. I loved the little village and really enjoyed popping into the local cafe and walking down the stairs to the private-feeling beach. We are already dreaming of returning! And out of all the things that make this place exceptional, the host’s communication and warmth rose to the top of the list. She is a hosting pro! Thanks for such a wonderful week.

Bruno’s apartment was amazing; clean, updated and spacious! Location was perfect and there is also a parking spot included in the stay. The views were great and we utilized the balcony every day/night. You can catch a beautiful sunset if you look in the direction of the airport. Bruno took the time to put together a nice outline of restaurants and locations to visit in the city. Only downfall, the elevator is quite small but I think that is normal for the area! All in all, 10/10 stay!

We were very positively surprised. The place was clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there was a basket of jam, milk, butter, biscuits, etc. available as a reception gift. A highlight is the large garden with loungers and seating. Thanks to air conditioning, you can reduce the humidity. You should be aware of the fact that the village is a little remote and therefore longer trips to the attractions are needed. We would go back to this place on occasion.

What a nice, beautiful typical country house, full of charm, very well furnished and very well equipped. Everything was absolutely perfect. The garden is splendid, with its blue door at the back that gives direct access to the sea! What a breathtaking view! Simply Paradise! A big thank you to Joana and José for your kindness and beautiful welcome in your little "Azorian cocoon"! Very friendly neighbors! The natural pools are very near by walk! Highly recommend!

We are so sad to leave this beautiful place! The house’s description is very accurate to the T: perfect location- you will be able to explore the island easily, 4 equally sized bedrooms with a pullout as an extra, kitchen with all the utensils, pots, glasses, ect. Our favorite part was the rooftop deck with sunrises and sunrises! The host graciously made the reservations for local restaurants and recommended some extra activities that we didn’t include in our original plans. The communication was easy - usually reply came in 30 min. We would happily recommend this place to our friends and hopefully come back soon. Note: the house has lots of stairs that can create problems for people with limited mobility. It was not an issue for us but it might be an issue for some.

We had a really lovely, relaxing stay at Casa Estrella in Mosteiros. The house and garden are very spacious, the view is so beautiful and relaxing. It's a perfect family holiday. The host, Samuel from the Azorean Butler was very attentive. He is always easily reachable and very responsive. Thank you for the welcome goodies and cake. We'd love to come back again.

We loved staying at Antonio's place. The quaint grape vine covered area was awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect accomodations. Going to sleep and waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean was AMAZING. We were disappointed that a couple of the towns best restaurants were closed for the season however there were places to eat and to buy groceries. It was great to have the fresh bread and produce vans come by in the mornings. We really enjoyed our time in Ribeira Quente. Thanks Antonio, can't wait to visit again!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The entire place is very spacious, tastefully decorated. We cooked extensively over the New Year and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for this. The location is wonderful for excursions all over the island. Places such as Furnas, Sete Cidades or Nordeste are easily accessible by car. Filomena & Miguel are great hosts and welcomed us very warmly. Both were available and helpful with questions. Thank you for the great hospitality, we will definitely be back:)
