Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Vila do Conde

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Isabel was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. Absolutely spotless and so much to do in the villa. It’s well equipped and has everything you need so all you need is food and drink! Perfect for families. Such a lovely touch having a fruit basket on arrival and fresh bread delivered daily. Pool was a little cold for our toddler, but I think that’s down to slightly fussiness and the time of year we came as it was windy with the odd shower and forest fires. Isabel always responded instantly with any queries we had and was very helpful. Would definitely come back if we decided to come to Portugal again. Would be even better when our kids get older so they can make use of the games room as I only have a newborn and two year old at the moment. Such a lovely stay - thank you Isabel.

We had a great 2-weeks stay at Melanie’s ! A cute, cosy and well equipped place, Mélanie made it a home for us right from the start. Great amenities both in the house as well as surroundings. Highlight would definitely be its close proximity to the beach - one of the best !

We spent a lovely week in Dino and Ines's house. They were wonderful hosts - very kind and attentive - and gave us great advice on what to do - even down to where to park for free! The house is lovely - really spacious and comfortable - and it was fantastic to have a pool to relax in. The house is a great base for exploring the area - our favourites were the beach at Vila Cha, the market at Barcelos (we used the shuttle bus in and out), a day trip to Pena Adventure Park and also Viana do Castelo. Porto is also really easy to get to. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

It was lovely to stay in Cristina's cottage. Really a gift! Cristina was very helpful and the neighbors were very generous (came by a number of times with fresh figs and also once with a bottle of regional wine). Really a place to go more often.

We really like the stay, it's super close to the beach and has lots of shops around!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. In October, it was cooler this year than sonsg this time of year. In the evening we made a fire in the fireplace in the living room. The fireplace is easy to fire it pulls well when the window is open a little. We bought wood in the minimercado around the corner. At the bakery around the corner, we had breakfast or bought rolls. It is cozy. Sea is very near. Otherwise, the area is quiet. 15 minutes walk, for example on the beach, is the Cafe/Bar Terra Nova. Beautiful terrace and cozy inside. Jorge was a perfect host. always helpful and accommodating.

Very clean, large, functional apartment. Bruno is a very welcoming host. He picked us up from the metro, took the suitcases and 3 of us because we were 2 adults and our 4 children, which was not planned so nice surprise. Only small downside to the fairly busy road and the neighbor above who moves his furniture in the middle of the night with his dog that you can hear walking. Despite this, I highly recommend this place, very well located, a 5-minute walk from the beach. Vila do conde is a very beautiful city to visit and can be easily done on foot in 30 minutes. Our 5-year-old daughter also walked the 15 20 kms daily. We had a lovely week of vacation.

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

we had a wonderful stay and immediately felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay of two nights, you can certainly stay here longer and have a great time in the immediate vicinity of the Atlantic. Despite delays in our arrival, we were welcomed super friendly and personally still at night. Thank you very much!

We had such an amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The location could not be better, we watched the sun set every night from the balcony. The place itself is pristine, beautifully decorated and felt like home. We cannot say enough about this amazing place! Couldn’t recommend more and hope to go back one day!

The apto da Marina is very well located with an amazing view of the sea. In the neighborhood there is everything I that is needed, commerce, restaurants. Marina was very attentive and helpful. Thank you for the reception and highly recommend this apt

Wonderful view of the sea, the marina and the harbor. Very well equipped, comfortable and compliant apartment. Too bad the ceiling height of the 2 bedrooms upstairs is a little fair and the staircase is a little steep, more suitable for young people . We had a lovely week there. Many thanks to Paulo & Isabel

We were a party of 8, from all over the world coming together for a special birthday and Ricardo’s place completely exceeded our expectations. Great spaces to be social but more than enough privacy for everyone. The photo of the balcony doesn’t do it justice as bigger than it looks AND great sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better. Less than 5 minutes walk to the river one side or to the historical centre the other. Ricardo was a perfect host. Always happy to reply to any questions. Can’t believe we found such a perfect property for our trip.

Great place for a large group. Cátia was very helpful and friendly, giving lots of local recommendations and allowing us to drop off our bags early. The apartment was nice and clean with all the amenities you could need and very comfortable beds.

Lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. The river views from the balcony and all the main rooms were stunning. Luis was really helpful with lots of suggestions about eating places and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great! Well located in a calm area and yet only 5 minutes walking from the metro station Trindade. Super easy too to go walking to the city center where you find plenty of restaurants & coffee shops. The terrace is a real plus when it's sunny and we enjoyed it during our stay. I would definetly booked the apartment again for a next trip to Porto!

Comfortable apartment with all the basics plus a washer and dryer—much needed after 10 days of travel! Short walk to beach and metro stop. Lidl and Continente close by as well as many small markets. We enjoyed exploring Matosinhos and trying local restaurants and pastelarias. Some great little museums too. Fernando was a kind and patient host who made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this AirBnb stay.

Lovely apartment with good kitchen and bathroom. Large bedroom with good bed - got two duvets as desired. The balcony with its views is amazing both during the day and evening. Located in a "local" neighborhood of Gaia with many cafes and restaurants. Buses and subway right at your doorstep. Same with hop on and off buses. Good communication with the landlord who wrote almost daily with good arrival instructions, welcome greeting, suggestions for trips/things to see and departure greetings. Right now, noise from construction site. We could miss a reading lamp in the living room along with the overhead light. It's an apartment, would love to come back to.

It was a real pleasure staying at Daniel's place for a long 4-day weekend. Daniel is really a lovely person and he did everything he could to make our trip enjoyable: he recommended us restaurants, a beach, a bike rental, a ceramic workshop, he explained how to get to the airport by metro...always available and super nice. He organizes tours outside of Porto too. The apartment, very clean, is super well located, close to small bars and restaurants, bus and metro. Small notes but without consequences on the quality of the place: The pool is not private but is accessible to several apartments. The place is better for a couple because the living room bed is moderately comfortable.

We were a group of 10 girls together in the apartment and we had enough space, spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms and above all with how difficult it is to park in Porto, having two parking spaces in the same building gives it a very important plus, Maria was very kind to us! We were delighted with the accommodation!! 100% recommended for large groups.
