We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

If you are looking for a peaceful country setting with sunset, forest and meadow views, then this house is what you are looking for. Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 4, 8 og 12. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
