Eduardo’s place is a little slice of home. Everything was beautiful, serene, and cozy. So much to do within a 5 minute walk and super close to local beaches. It’s in a great location, perfectly halfway between the airport and old San Juan. A highlight for us was seeing iguanas in the yard. This is a gem!

The beds were comfy and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. One of the best properties I’ve stayed at!

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

Nice room in safe, very quiet neighborhood. The street is only two blocks long and very calm. The space is nice and there is an outdoor shared kitchen space. Other guests were quiet. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking was easy. Nice bed.

Amazing option for those looking to stay in san juan. Walkable to so many great restaurants and bars. Peaceful courtyard!

We loved the Dream Inn! Location was great & property was very clean & gorgeous. The rooftop & pool were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Eduardo's place was a great value! I feel the pictures did not do it justice, the setup and decor are really nice. The area is very walkable and there's a convenience store just a block away, beach maybe two blocks away. I loved the hammock though my stay was so short I barely got to use it! I did struggle with the A/C, but I didn't really need it so I did not reach out, however host was responsive and I'm sure if I asked he would've helped. Overall this place was great for the price and I would happily stay here again.

We had a brief stay at Skyway Loft 6, but overall, it was great and met all our needs, especially considering its location to everything in Old San Juan. The biggest surprise to us was that loft 6 was right on the road and not nestled into the loft area by the hammock, as shown in all the photos. As such, it was often quite loud at night with drunk tourists walking by. Additionally, because of the location, we had two doors in the loft that led outside, but a sign said we couldn't open them, so we had no natural light in the place at all. Overall, great place for the price and location convenience.

The place was beautiful super clean and the owners we super nice and help with a lot of recommendations for food and site seeing.would book again and recommend to others.

A beautiful quiet oasis. We enjoyed the pool, courtyard, and lots of food options very close by. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect and enjoy the peace! (That said, internet and WiFi are readily available!) Claudia was also exceedingly fast in her responses to our questions. A top notch host and I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s in many countries; Claudia is absolutely top notch!

this is the second time I stay at lowest place and it always has been a wonderful experience.

The place is just beautiful, perfect for disconnecting from the city. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful and the climate super cool. I recommend booking from Friday so you can enjoy the restaurant which the food is spectacular and unique. Wear a coat if it gets cold fast as the temperature when we went was 62 and it was super cool with haze. We were binge-blissed by the just perfect spot.
