Super cute place - clean, easy to use, very charming decor. Loved the common areas but also the privacy of our own room. Very nice and attentive staff. Would definitely come back!

Loved my stay here! Perfect space for 5 young people on spring break. Super close to the beach (5 min walk to Ocean Park and 20-30 min to Condado). Lots of cute coffee shops, ice cream, snack shops nearby, and supermarket 8 min walk away. 20 min walk to La Placita and decently safe walk in the night with a group of friends. Had extra towels ready and a communal outside shower, which was amazing. Loved the communal eating/cooking/chilling space outside. Would definitely recommend this place and was worth the money.

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

We had a great short stay in #5. The room was well air conditioned (thankfully) and the bed was comfortable. The place is an easy walk to some nice restaurants and the beach. Eduardo was so easy to communicate with and his videos for the locks were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Eduardo was a wonderful host. His communication was excellent, and check-in was a breeze! The area was very safe and secure, and its proximity to the beach is amazing. You can walk to most places you need to go, and the community kitchen was such a charming piece. You can’t beat this price and location. Thank you Eduardo!

We loved the Dream Inn! Location was great & property was very clean & gorgeous. The rooftop & pool were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This place was really awesome! Lots of great amenities that come with the place such as chairs that we can take to the beach, and whatever else is in the shed, and also sunscreen and shampoos/conditioners that are also free to use! I was really pleased with all the things offered at this place. The room was really nice and cozy, and the air conditioner works great. The communal areas outside were so cute and I really loved my experience here! At one point the water shut off, but Eduardo was quick and responsive, and sent someone to fix it right away, so it was only off for about an hour!

Samantha was a great host. The place was extremely clean & comfortable. She communicated everything needed and our check in and checkout was extremely smooth. The complex is absolutely stunning.

It was a fantastic stay. As you enter the gate of the property, you will be welcomed with vibrant colors and a cute fountain. There is also a pool that you can relax in. I really loved the rooms and how clean they were. There are also terraces on 2 sides of the room. So, we enjoyed the mornings and evenings there. It is also very close to the Seven Seas beach. Claudia was very warm and welcoming. She made sure that we had everything we needed and honestly, we could not have asked for anything more!

We loved our stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The room is clean and comfortable and was perfect for our trip. The space is as advertised and was accurate to the photos. Luis was helpful and prompt in responses. The pool and jacuzzi were spotless and refreshing. Our only notes would be that the walls are a bit thin and because you are on the first floor it is not very private. So if you are concerned about privacy you may want to select the other room in the suite. But we would highly recommend!

Samatha's place was perfect for our quick overnight in San Juan. We had a rental car and really appreciated the public parking recommendations. We found on street (residential) parking, unloaded our belongings, and then went to park the car. Additionally, the courtyard was absolutely awesome! What a peaceful sanctuary!

The hostess was very nice, very personal. We didn’t have to wait long for the food and the food was great. They seemed to work very well and it didn’t seemed rushed

Samantha's place is very cute and cozy! The location is a perfect short walk to the heart of Old San Juan's shopping, bars, restaurants and parks. It's on the top floor with lots of stairs, but the breathtaking morning and evening views are well worth it. Samantha has taken great care in providing all of the amenities you need for a long weekend. And, while the bathroom is not included in the picture line-up it is modern, clean, and well appointed. For the price, it cannot be beat! We would say again. Thank you, Samantha!
