Overall the place is what you expect. Small and cozy with two beds. If you’re after more luxury, sure splash out 10 times the amount for a hotel room in HK. Simple amenities but for what you pay it’s all you need.

Decided to have last minutes trip to visit HK, and found Matthew’s place. Matthew and the partner are all very friendly and responsive ! Hotel is very clean, and bed it’s just too good to sleep compared to my previous experience in HK ! Bed is surprisingly big ! And it is walkable distance to Tsam Shui Pou MTR station, there’s convenience store and dobby shop nearby ! If you were to experience HK locals lifestyle, have a morning walk in the market, JST Hotel might be your first choice ! Thanks Matthew and Marco for giving us a very good experience, will def be back again !

I had to book last minute for 3 days as my wife had to be admitted to the hospital. The hotel room was perfect for me. It was clean, comfortable and the location was amazing. I had to extend my stay for another 2 days as my wife was still in the hospital. Although my room was already booked for another customer, Fiona went above and beyond and allowed me to stay and accommodated the other customer in another room. I was truly appreciative given my situation that I did not have to find another accommodation. Thank you Fiona for your kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Located in the heart of the city. Easy to get around as the MTR is right few steps from the building. This place was perfect for a lady who travel alone and needs a private stay. Communication was seamless! Cannis was responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, without any smell,

The room is not big, but the bed is really comfortable and clean and hygienic. The location is still close to the subway station. It is convenient to go out and play. The attitude of the customer service sister is also very good, it is a great experience!

I had a great time at Mei's place during my stay in HK! While it is definitely small and you may need to get creative with how you store your luggage/belongings, I thought it had everything you could want for a short stay in HK. I enjoyed the comfortable double bed, there is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway, internet is fast, and everything was clean inside the actual accommodation. The one thing to note is that while there is hot water which is great, it unfortunately doesn't last too long so you just have to be smart about that. The absolute best part though about the place though is its location. There are lots of cool and great places which you can reach on foot. If you need to go further, Jordan station on the very convenient red line is immediately outside the building exit. The convenience of that was amazing. Finally, Mei herself was great at communication and was helpful when needed Overall, as a solo traveler, I would definitely recommend this place :)
