The apartment has a great location, easy to get around anywhere, only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market where we can go there in the mourning to get some freshly baked breakfast. It’s clean and well equipped as well, Joanna gave us very clear guide on how to check in & out. A nice short stay for our family of three!

Nice modern unit within easy walking distance of the station. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Rooftop pool was great. Excellent host.

Gokcan was very helpful, he is very quick to respond and quick to help regarding any issues. The Airbnb he provided was amazing, it was very clean and comfortable to stay in.

great small lil apartment close to everything.. clean and well suited for a solo traveller or a couple. extra points for access to gym and pool. Though I couldn't park the car in the same building, the care park 5 mins away worked well for me.

We stayed at Andrew's apartment for 4 days and it was fantastic. The location was extremely convenient to get into the CBD and had amazing views of the city. The apartment itself was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful, he gave clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and use the assigned parking space. Overall an amazing stay and made our last few days in Melbourne very comfortable and memorable.

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

We had a very comfortable and cosy stay. Place had everything we needed and in a fantastic location. Hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely place to stay for a week in Melbourne, really felt like a place to drop your stuff and just live like a Melbournian!

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.

We stayed with our two young children, and Jane went above and beyond to provide them with what kids need. She set up the portable cot, there was a highchair and kid's bowls/plates/cutlery, she set out kid's books and toys, including a rocking horse, and there was a scooter and a ride on toy for outside. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. We enjoyed the backyard, including the little swing. Quiet area. Highly recommend this location.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Beautiful home and i've genuinely never slept better at an airbnb. Place was very comfortable and clean. Was also 2 minute walk away from aldi and trams so the fact i never had to drive for groceries was a massive win. Overall, I have absolutely nothing bad to say

Raluca was very responsive and clear. The place was great for our family with lots of little touches that really stood out and made out experience comfortable and homely. We'll definitely be back. We had a great time.

Lovely and peaceful home with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good info in folder left for guests. Two car parking - one in garage and one outside it, off road. Welcome package a delight plus appreciated more than the kitchen essentials. Arran was always available for extra enquiries. Definitely recommend staying here.

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

Royal Villas was a fantastic place, had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Clean and spacious rooms, beautiful pool and spa. Had an absolute ball and the host is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
