The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. This place is called ‘forest escape’ and it is exactly that: a beautiful and modern cabin in the middle of the woods. Handmade by the very friendly owners. There is a large home around 30 meters from the cabin, where you can cook and sit, have a hot shower or watch tv. There is also a really good coffee machine with free coffee the whole day! The cabin is private with a view on the woods, and there is a fire place outside and even an outdoor shower. The interior is so nicely decorated with sheep skin and a fireplace, really fits this place. In the main house is a mini shop so you can even take some handmade wooden souvenirs home. Maria, the host, gave us good tips to go and see in the area and she can be reached when you have questions or wishes. Dogs are welcome but not in the service house, in consideration of other guests. We’ve experienced that dogs aren’t allowed in shops or cafes in Torsby. Källberg Forest Escape is a fantastic place for nature lovers! 🌲

Great location. The view was beautiful and the place offered a peaceful, remote and relaxing atmosphere. The place was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. Olga was very helpful and communicated with us the entire stay. Thank you Olga for having us!

Dear Staffan, We had a very nice time in your cottage. You were available at all times and answered all our questions promptly. Nothing was missing😉 in the cabins. We personally liked the houses with the preserved "old" charm very much. We often had the cozy fireplace in the living room on and thanks to the abundant firewood, we also used the fireplace for stick bread. The sauna and hot tub were also often in use. 😉 It was so nice to walk over the jetty into the lake after the sauna and then enjoy the tranquility and the view of the starry sky on the bench in front of the sauna. 😊 We also followed your tips “Branäs Ski Area” and “Ice Skating on Stora Lisjön.” What a great ski resort. Sunset ice skating on the snow-covered lake was also beautiful. Top recommendations ! 😉 Last but not least, we also saw northern lights on two nights. 😉 Many thanks, André and family

Long time users of airbnb, and this must have been our best experience. What a place, what a view! Amer was a great host, always available for questions. Great beds, nice kitchen, very cool for the kids. Lovely walks around the neighborhood, we visited Hamar and Lillehammer. ❤️ And yes, we were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the living room. ✨ Norway is a magical place and we would 100 procent recommend this lovely cabin. ❤️‍🔥🙏✨ Thanks for everything!

We had a great, relaxing stay at Pelle and Stina's place! There was everything you could need and a lot to discover. We really enjoyed the great, quiet location of the house right on the lake. The sauna and hot tub are a real highlight, for which you need some patience, but on vacation you should not be in a hurry anyway;) We will come back.

Went for my birthday and had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! Surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, hosts very helpful and friendly, house was lovely and warm and very well equipped! I will be coming back ❤️
