Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vernouillet

Wonderful and very charming cottage with a great fireplace! Very conveniently located on the TER from Paris. Diane was discreet and kind. One small tip - if you come without a car, the nearby grocery store is now closed, through there is a delicious bakery. There is a large grocers about 7 minutes by car.

We had a FANTASTIC 10 days at Samuel's place! We did a great mix of days in Paris (park at Bois du Roi then there are regular trains to Gare du Lyon which takes 35 minutes!!) and local days exploring the forest and Barbizon. We highly recommend Fontainebleau as a day out. The town is very pretty and the chateau is well worth a visit! The house has lots of space and great facilities. A well equipped kitchen and lovely outside space. The pool was a hit with our youngest but a bit cold for the adults! The house has lots of character and is well decorated throughout. The indoor swing was a lovely chill spot for children too. Although the house is in a quiet spot there are lots of shops close by. Check in was very straightforward and all the information was well communicated. I highly recommend this house. It's a real stunner!

We had a lovely stay at Laure's for the Christmas holidays. We even got a Christmas tree and declarations;) Laure is a responsive and attentive host. Each member was able to have their privacy in a tastefully decorated home. In short, we recommend it.;)

The cottage is utterly charming — quite fairytale — surrounded by trees and birds, with a view of a pretty church. Frédérique is a perfect host and has thought of everything you might need, from guidebooks to games to cooking equipment, so it’s easy to hole up and be cosy and comfortable. In February we were lucky to enjoy sunny, frosty weather and a full moon, and plenty of snowdrops. I’m sure it would be idyllic in any season. Highly recommended.

Very charming and warm house. Great for "getting green". Jean-Christophe is very friendly, available and attentive to our needs.

Stay was just as advertised! Architecture is just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Of note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift. If you have large or heavy luggage, I would not recommend. If you are pregnant, disabled, or have limited mobility, you’ll quickly be winded. Not uncommon for European stays, but just something to keep in mind.

Everything was wonderful. Maria was great, always so responsive and very accommodating. The flat was perfect and near some of the city’s best shops, bars and restaurants. I would stay again!

The place was great! The host is very responsive. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything was great.

Ludovic’s place was great - very artistic, stylish, with lots of books. The area is a great find: lots or restaurants, bars, bakeries. All you need for a perfect weekend in Paris is a walking distance away. We enjoyed our stay!

Elodie was an amazing host! We loved our stay. Waking up to the beautiful views and ending our evening watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle was breathtaking. Elodie's apartment made my trip of lifetime unforgettable and I will cherish the memories forever. A must stay. I hope to visit again and would love to be welcomed back to Elodie's "paradise in Paris" ♥️

The place was super clean and as described. Location was in a quiet suburban part of Paris, away from the touristy area which suited us well. Lots of cafes etc within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the metro. Best suited to a family as the sofa bed wasn't super comfortable with two adults but fine too.

Very nice and warm house! We were looking for a peaceful place to recharge and found it. We were able to take beautiful walks in this very pretty area. We recommend it without hesitation!

The house is very nice and allowed us to have a very nice weekend with friends. La Foret is within walking distance, the garden is Beautiful and the host is very responsive to answer our questions before checking in. The trampoline was also very popular with children:-) We highly recommend and will happily return to this house.

loved the stay. the house was in a clean condition upon arrival and there is enough space for people to find some alone time if needed. we were with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. lovely pool and there are lots of animals around

An ideal setting for holidays with friends and charming touches in the preparation of the home, the attention to detail of these hosts is valuable for a quality weekend.

We were able to enjoy all the amenities available (billiards, ping pong including the pool!) and had a lovely stay. As the villa is not inhabited, you have to remember to provide everything for the kitchen (you will not find sugar or salt). The number of bedrooms and bathrooms brings a lot of comfort in a large group

Our stay was cut short due to personal issues but the short time we were there it was a great space and I recommend to anybody, very spacious and clean

Laurent’s house is magnificent! Beautiful, stylish, chic and with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for Senlis, Chantilly and even Disneyland. And for Paris it was super easy by train. Recommend Navigo tickets as cheapest option and easy to get around Paris. Train station is 10-15 minutes. Train to Paris 20-30 minutes. Laurent is an excellent host. Super knowledgeable; perfect English! Our stay was a dream!
