Great spot for a larger group(4 bedrooms). Location was amazing with tons of great food near by. 30-45 minute walk downtown but also close to PT. Would stay here again.

Very cute and cozy place. My partner and I felt just like home. My only little negative comment is regarding the neighbour. She was singing and playing piano for a while and we could feel the vibration in the walls and floor. Besides that, Erfan was very responsive and amicable. I would definitely come back.

Clean, spacious home with good proximity to food, parks, and metro. Not too much in the way of amenities but a nice stay overall.

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

What a lovely stay! Our friends recommended this place; it was the perfect spot for a few days in Montreal. We had never been to Montreal before and felt right at home. Check-in was seamless. The keyless entry made things simple and we were grateful to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment was spotless and cozy, cleanly decorated and clutter-free yet felt thoughtful, cared for, and intentional. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and laundry, and while the apartment is on the smaller side, it is extremely well thought-out (e.g. tiled front area w seating, table, coat tree to take off snowy boots and store coats and mittens etc), bedrooms set up so each has a bit of privacy, efficient use of space in the kitchen) it never felt tight or small as we had everything we needed. We did not cook bc there was so much amazing food within walking distance but everything we needed was there should we have wanted to. The neighborhood was great, too! Loved being so close to the park.

The place was clean and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and it was a short drive to a mall, restaurants, and other shopping areas. I would definitely recommend.

In addition to staying in a beautiful, well-equipped, impeccably clean apartment near a metro station, but still a quiet place, Cedric immediately answered any additional questions I had. I recommend it to everyone!

We were in town for a wedding with a group of adult family members. The Airbnb is in a fantastic location! The house itself is charming and everyone agreed the old Montreal feel of the Airbnb added to weekend. We found the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies for our group meals and some basics like tea and coffee(s) were on hand. There were plenty of towels and bedding. Speaking of bedding, there are a number of rollaway beds in different rooms so sleeping spots can be flexible as a group needs. As an example, you could put a child or two in the master bedroom if the other rooms are being used by only 1-2 people. This was the only thing I was unclear on in reading other reviews and in communicating with Sam. Sam was extremely helpful and proactive in communications. He sent lots of pointers on the home like unique locations for light switches that made our stay seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Unit in quiet neighborhood, 5 nice bedrooms, 2 baths with great pressure and hot water. Living room is downstairs, kitchen up. Julia was very responsive to questions!

The house is very clean and spacious. Everything on the bed is freshly cleaned, smells good too. Parking ramp is close to door, house is close to highway too. Very nice place.

Our stay at Chris’s beautiful apartment loft could not have been better. From start to finish, Chris was a communicative host. We received clear check-in instructions prior to our arrival. The apartment was immaculate and clean, with a spacious and modern layout. There is a large TV, comfortable couch, and plenty of natural light. Chris had plenty of linens and extra pillows for the Murphy bed. We especially enjoyed the nespresso which Chris has stocked with coffee pods! The location is ideal, walking distance to several restaurants and a peaceful but happening neighborhood. If we are lucky enough to return to Montreal, we would definitely stay at this apartment again!

A great two day stay with family. beautiful location, near water and walking trails but also central to Boisbriand and surrounding towns.

Nice home, clean and tidy. Private parking in a fenced in yard. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again. Opening the lock box for the key is tricky, ladies prepare to break a nail or two.

What an AWESOME place. The proximity to the park was killer, especially for our crew of kids. There was TON of space. Many different sleeping options were available. Jason was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Many restaurant/baking options within a short walking distance. Driveway parking was an added bonus, although a tight squeeze for the minivan we came with, but workable. I will definitely come back to stay again when back in Montreal. A great place to stay with a few different couples of 2 families with kids.

Beautifully located, Cozy and clean yet modern and charming apartment in the heart of the Ahuntsic district. The apartment was well equipped with Brand new appliances, welcoming art and was comfortable and cozy! Eric is a great host and it is evident he takes pride in maintaining his beautiful property. He is also very helpful and accommodating and agreed to let us stay past checkout time due to inclement weather and road conditions at time of departure.
