I had a great stay at Terry's place. It felt like home with amenities like TV, fridge, AC, washing machine, water filter, geysers, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron box, and kitchen essentials. They also stocked basic cooking items like salt, masala, sugar, tea, coffee, and dairy whitener. The apartment is very clean and offers a nice view of wetlands, bordered by landmarks like Lulu Mall, O by Tamara Hotel, and others on the Bypass Road. The location is easy to find, just 200m from KIMS Hospital. Security and lift facilities are available. Our group came for a conference, and the digital lock system made access hassle-free without relying on a key. The host is supportive, proactive, and quick to address needs. Food delivery and Uber services are accessible. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Definitely our fav place to stay, the best in town to meet up with friends and have endless talks, thanks to the host for making our stay as peaceful as always. Will be visting soon again🤘

I literally lived in a peaceful place, I am very excited to say that this is like my 2nd house and she treated all of us as her children. I broke one drinking glass, she said no problem and she haven't get any fine amount from me. One important thing that, I also celebrated my Birthday. family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

We had a wonderful stay-at Abraham’s place. The place is easy to find and check-in was smooth for us. The place is beautiful, spacious and had all the required amenities.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Great place to stay. Our host, Sony was very helpful. The caretaker, Vimal was also supportive. It was a quiet residential area closer to town and uber services easily available. Overall very happy with the stay.
