A very good place to have a good time with the family, relax with the view and sound of the waves. Comfortable house, well equipped, clean, organized. It has a very diligent and close domestic staff. Not bad to say. I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Casa Franco was exactly what I was looking for, beautiful, comfortable and very quiet! Alvaro was very attentive since we arrived and gave us all the information we needed . My favorite part " the hammocks and listening to the birdsong at sunrise and the easy hike to the beach. In short, an expected Lugar to rest and enjoy!

Excellent option for a vacation, we were delighted with the attention of the host and the house. The location of this set is super central, the vigilantes extremely friendly, the common areas impeccable. We really liked that there was a mini supermarket inside the urbanizacion where we could have breakfast and buy things for the house without using the car. The house is very comfortable and with a very nice view of the canal, where we could look for the direct boat on the property to go to the beach (super comfortable). I would repeat my stay without a doubt. Thank you for everything Yesi, thank you!

Very friendly and lively hosts. Mrs. Raiza always responded to us in a very short time, she was very attentive. The apartment is very cosy, comfortable, clean and very functional. My mom who is an 86 year old was very comfortable and it was easy for her to get in, out and mobilize in the apartment and building. We are happy to have found a place that meets all the conditions for stays in Caracas. Highly recommended.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. Once you’re inside, you noticed how Luz has it well maintained, and before a second passes, you get astonished by the indescriptible horizon of the Caribbean ocean facing north. I trully appreciate how Luz provides quality apartments in Venezuela. She’s lovely and has a soothing voice, and when you combine her virtues with the invaluable landscape, ocean and mountain’s fresh breeze, it is actually impossible to be mad, stressed out or anything “negative”; your aura & psyche changes in a heartbeat by standing in that balcony. I trully appreciate the fair price and hope that it stays that way because the prices of everything worldwide is trully insane so it’s nice that Luz’s has fair prices without speculating. Also, not just her area but La Guaira is well maintained too, nowadays. You really notice the difference in people’s vibes when you’re near the coast of a small town, the opposite of any chaotic big city.

A wonderful place, it is very well equipped, the location is good although it is important to have a vehicle or know a little the transportation system. The ecxelente host, very friendly and gave us the best directions.
