We had such beautiful days as a family with Maria and her family! The warmth with which we were welcomed was very special and that we could go everywhere - to the cows, to the chickens, with the children on the trampoline and this wonderful view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Amazing place surrounded with only nature and great atmosphere. There is a farm, so kids are happy to play with animals. Thanks a lot Johanna, we will definitely come back again.

We felt very comfortable in Sara's apartment. There's plenty of space and everything you'll need. The location was perfect for our activities (climbing/MTB). The private parking is also very helpful. Sara was super quick to respond if we had a concern or question.

10/10, perfect stay. Location is perfect, on the mountain (and directly next to a busstop). Lots of great hikes and the village of Jenesien / San Genesio in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, nice kitchen , cool and very quiet. The view from the garden, on Bolzano and the mountains is unmatched. Life on the farm is good, and the family is very friendly and caring!

More than a wonderful place and a cozy home, we found a very kind and loving hostess. The house is perfect even for long stays, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and impeccably clean. The cottage is inside a national park, with incredible scenic views. The cabin is less than an hour away from the Folarida ski resort. We faced some challenges to arrive by car, the chains we rented were not enough. For those who go in the winter, I recommend winter tires. Mr. Franco was always very helpful in picking us up at the parking lot where we left our car. The breakfast is wonderful and Mrs. Maria is always very kind in welcoming us every day. Furthermore, I have no words to thank you Franco’s family for all the help they gave us with a problem we had with our car. I really hope to come back again.

Helene welcomed us in a super friendly way. Everything is as described in the listing. A wonderful area. You just have to be aware that you need a car (shopping, restaurant, etc.). We will certainly be back 😄

I was in Sergio's cabin with my family for Christmas. It was love at first sight. The house is very welcoming and cared for; there was a smell of wood and lavender and everything necessary to stay in peace and enjoy the surrounding view a few hundred meters from Lake Caprioli. Sergio was attentive and available.

The place is an absolute gem. Michele and the staff were always available and accommodating throughout our entire stay, their cooking is incredible and one evening we had the restaurant open just for us. I absolutely recommend it if you’re looking to escape a fast and stressful routine for a quiet and slow lifestyle that will recharge you.

We spent two unforgettable vacation weeks with our gracious host Hedi. The apartment is a little gem: very comfortable and equipped with a lot of taste. The location is excellent, with unobstructed views of Völs and the mountains. All this makes for a real holiday feeling. We will go back for sure! We spent 2 weeks at Marcella's place and we had a really good time. The house is clean, it has a beautiful view and it is very well located near hiking and rock climbing routes. Marcella is a wonderful host, always willing to help us with anything we asked for. We would definitely come back for another holiday. Highly recommended!

We really liked the place. Everything was exactly as described The owner was very nice and we felt comfortable.

the accommodation is a typical South Tyrol house, with fireplace to heat the house (it has radiators too), spacious rooms, all wooden and very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and a large table for breakfast all together, the house is in the middle of nature, ideal for resting and disconnecting after a long day of skiing or hiking through any of the Dolomitas mountains. It is close to several typical and small towns with restaurants that Birgit recommends, we went to one in St Genesio to make some pizzas and the truth is very good. Also if you want a little more atmosphere this Bolzano is just a 15-minute drive away where you will find all kinds of restaurants and a very cozy center. from this house we went to several ski slopes and they were all about a 45-minute drive away, we went to Alpe di Siusi, Carezza and Obereggen. but you can always ask Birgit who will tell you where to go skiing. Thanks to all of Birgit.

We had a nice vacation thanks to the strategic location of the apartment. We also appreciated the owners' availability, cleanliness, and the ability to order sandwiches and brioche directly from them. We will definitely be back ☺️

The apartment is in a house that stands on a farm. We could watch donkeys, saw chickens, a lovely dog, cows,.. There was a bun and breakfast service with farm products - that was a highlight! Monika and her family were very friendly and easy to reach, both before our arrival and during our presence. The Airbnb is very nice and has everything you need for your stay. We felt very comfortable and would like to vacation there again in the future. We give a great recommendation for this place!

With 4 other friends we had the pleasure of staying in this apartment and we were really impressed by the attention to detail. Every corner was well organized and tastefully furnished, making the environment cozy and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, with all the comforts available, from dishes in the kitchen to quality linens. But what really made the difference was the kindness and hospitality of the owner Anna: always available, friendly and ready to respond to every need and give us many useful tips for the stay. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for a quiet, well-kept place with a personal touch that makes you feel at home. Absolutely go back, and maybe in summer to enjoy the cozy outdoor garden.

Everything was perfect, great value for money ,apartment, quiet, quiet and super clean,there is everything you need and even more. Good breakfast, very helpful hosts. Recommended. We will definitely be back.

Cleanliness is really the battle horse, the house has everything you need and is extremely close to cities to visit and some ski slopes. We had a really good time!

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

We stayed for four days and it was perfect. Good location, easy to find. Peaceful place but close to Merano. The place is also close to a beautiful ski area just 10 minutes away by car. The host is super friendly and always available, she recommended good restaurants and places to visit. The house is even better than the pictures show and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, has everything you need and perfect if you want to cook dinner with friends. Bathrooms and bedrooms are also well equipped. The sauna is really the cherry on top! I recommend this place 100%

Lorenza's place is beautiful, the whole house was beautiful, both in decor and cleanliness. The garden with Lorenza's animals then made an enchanting setting.
