Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vecht

This is a great place for people who want a quiet and peaceful place away from the city. The bungalow is surrounded by beautiful trees with natural parks in the area. The Lunteren town is 10min drive with all the amenities (bakery, supermarkets, etc). Jasper, our host, has organized things in a way that made the stay comfortable, right upon arrival. He was very helpful on phone and whatsap as we struggled a bit to find the place.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The hot tub was already prepared when we arrived which was great! Communication with Samantha was also very pleasant: prompt and totally friendly answers to our questions. We can definitely recommend the cottage!

I had a great stay! Nilo was super friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The place looked exactly like the pictures and matched the description. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues at all.

The house was just as clean and beautiful as on the pictures – everything super well maintained and welcoming. The communication with Remco was very friendly and fast from the beginning. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing. The absolute highlight was definitely the hot tub. Even when a little mishap happened to us in the house, Remco was incredibly understanding and relaxed. The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

One of the best stays I’ve had so far! Luba was a superb host. The apartment is even more gorgeous in person and it was a privilege to stay in such a wonderful place. We felt right at home and Luba made sure we knew how everything worked. She also provided a comprehensive list of places to eat and things to do that did not disappoint. Alexander was very responsive before and throughout our stay in the studio apartment. Great location. He was very accommodating with his check-in and check-out. He and his wife gave a special little gift of cookies for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday trip. I highly recommend this place and Alexander as a host.

We arrived at the most enchanting haven imaginable, Michiel and Marjolein’s serene abode here at Lekkerkerk. Savoring breakfast or dinner while basking in the breathtaking views of the pond and birds was nothing short of magical. I was deeply inspired by waking up to the melodic songs of birds, and reading a great book at night after a day of exploring the nearby sights in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. This place is truly a slice of heaven and brought profound peace to our souls. Michiel and Marjolein are the epitome of exceptional hosts. We have traveled to numerous destinations and have stayed in many ARBNBs, but never have we encountered such warm and lovely individuals. Thank you both for making our stay with you nothing short of extraordinary. This is truly a special place.

Very high end place decorated with very good taste. Very clean when we arrived. Good for family with small children (while taking some care with stairs). All in all perfect!

We stayed 10 days at Nanda’s place and we enjoyed it. Her place is comfortable with a lot of natural light. The living room is spacious and pleasant to relax. Nanda and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful. I would recommend her place as its is very easy to go to the city and others cities with public transportation.

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

Had a lovely weekend in this spacious home. All amenities are available. Also enjoyed the infrared sauna.

The place was just fantastic. Quiet location close to Amsterdam. Top amenities. Sauna and hot tub included. Also a giant grill that worked great. Suitable for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. And a trip to Amsterdam is also in. The hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond and also flexible with arrival and departure times. There was everything you needed. Highly recommend.

Lovely location; the owner’s family live next door and are very welcoming and friendly! Wander Island is a really good restaurant. Lake is wonderful. Only 30 mins from Amsterdam by Park and Ride.
