A haven of peace close to the sea, tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and bright. The hosts are right next door, very welcoming, responsive and caring. I highly recommend it.

Small stopover in a well-appointed accommodation in a small pleasant residence.

Staying at the Maison du Cavalier is (almost) feeling the owner of the Chateau de l 'Avenue and its magical environment (30ha of greenery and meadows). The center of Pierrefite-en-Auge is a 5-minute walk through the property (where unfortunately the excellent Auberge des Deux Tonneaux has closed its doors) and Pont-l'Evêque is a 5-minute drive to shop or enjoy its good addresses. The House is perfect, quiet and with magnificent views of the Park and the valley. As for the beaches including Villers (my favorite) is a 20-minute drive away. In short, an ideal place in the Pays d 'Auge map to enjoy the Normandy countryside and its beaches away from the crowds of Deauville or Trouville. I highly recommend it. The House of the Guardian, on the other hand, is a little too much at the side of the road.

Very well equipped accommodation in terms of household appliances and dishes. A place where you feel good. Sébastien and Diane were very responsive in answering our questions.

Ideal house for large families! Very well located close to sites of interest and very close to the sea ( 5 minutes by car ) Ideal family car location and instruction to collect the perfect keys. Everything was perfect during our stay! We highly recommend it!

We spent a very good week with our hosts. The accommodation is very well located, close to the beach and the city center of Houlgate while being quiet in a pretty subdivision. The hot tub and tranquility were a plus! Referring to this great place to stay.

Karine and Philippe are very welcoming, the house is clean, it is well equipped and suitable for families with children (umbrella bed, high chair, board games, trampoline and slide). The indoor pool is really nice with 28 degree water, children and adults enjoyed it. Overall we had a pleasant stay with friends.

Vincent’s house was well set up for a large group of friend’s & family. He was polite and responsive at all times and very helpful with all our requests. We were a large group of 11 and Vincent had very kindly set the cottage up for us - beds and even setting the table to welcome us. Amenity-wise it is on the rustic side, but that is its charm. Everything is well stocked for a large group to enjoy a celebration.

Very pleasant and functional stay, with all the essentials at hand so as not to take your head to think about the towels for example. Very quiet and peaceful place where you can feel at home. Quality hosts with clear instructions. Just a small downside on the temperature of the pool a little cool, but we were able to go swimming anyway in March and enjoy what is more offered to us. I highly recommend checking out!

We had an outstanding stay here. Arnaud and Jessica were exceptional hosts. Communication was superb before our visit, and they were very flexible with our plans. The pictures were very accurate, and this home was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and secure, and it was very close to what we wanted to see and do. I do not have enough positive things to say about our stay, and I hope I am lucky enough to stay here in the future

Very kind welcome from Ruth, who had prepared us a great dinner on the day we arrived. Ruth was always available, we were very attentive. We had a lovely stay for New Year's Eve on December 31st. Clean accommodation and everything is there?Sylvie is a very welcoming host and small intentions for us and our dog when we arrived, it's a pleasure. I would this property.

Charming and well located accommodation on the shopping street (pedestrian). The small garden was very nice to rest and have meals. Close to shops and the beach, easy to find parking nearby. Our host was very friendly and available. Have a lovely time in Ouistreham!

The house is very comfortable to go to the beach, which is immediately behind the accommodation, but also to reach supermarkets, shops and various markets. If you are interested in the landing beaches, one of those beaches is located here and it is easy to reach other historic places. Violette was very helpful, the house was small but stocked with a very nice little garden, great location. Everything was perfect!
