It was very clean and so beautifully renovated. Enjoyed our stay! The only thing I wish we’d had was some extra blankets to cuddle up with on the couch and in the bedrooms. Otherwise a very quaint, clean , nicely furnished and cozy place!

Very nice & comfortable home! Plenty of seating for our group. Would have loved to use the enclosed porch, but weather did not work for us! Felt very safe in this neighborhood. Enjoyed the proximity to shops & restaurants. Very plush towels & comfy pillows.Will definitely stay again next time I am in Evansville!

Fredstead aka Kathy’s place is a calm and well-appointed space. Can’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t already there. Loved the mid-century modern vibe and personal touches present in the decor. Kathy was super helpful and responsive. This is a rare treasure on the Northside of Evansville.

We loved our stay and have only good things to say about Leslie. The furniture is comfortable in EVERY room, and I cannot say that about every place I’ve stayed. The water pressure in the shower is GREAT. The heater kept us cozy warm. The beds and bedding arw wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place is very homey, and all the appliances work great. Leslie was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay again!!

Our stay at the Hobbit House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into curating each room. Every space had its own unique vibe—whether we wanted to relax, feel inspired, or just have fun. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, making it easy to unwind, and the location was great for exploring Evansville. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy, fun, and well-designed place to stay, this is it! We’d definitely come back.

This was my first time back in Indiana since years and i definitely had a wonderful time and experience especially in Justin’s Airbnb! Very clean and peaceful, the neighborhood is so calm and pretty as well. Missed seeing fireflies and the lovely houses around us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone interested !

The house is in a great location near U of E. The whole house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Deaconess, and let me say this is about as close as you can get! We were within 2 blocks of the hospital. It was perfect for what we needed AND it was super reasonably priced. We thought about a hotel at first but it would’ve been further away and much more expensive. Then we found this property, and it was exactly what we needed. Also it was very spacious and super clean, which were big pluses for us. Will definitely stay here again if we need!

John was very friendly and helpful. He met us and showed us how to get into the room. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to see nearby. The room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is a little bit cramped, but there is another sink in the bedroom area, and another mirror as well. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker. We felt very safe, and had no trouble parking on the street. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The river is also within walking distance. There are many beautiful Victorian homes in the neighborhood. Evansville is a great city to explore, and we definitely recommend Jon’s place.

Jourdan’s place was very nice. Check-in was very easy as well as finding the spot. There were a few areas that could’ve been cleaner but overall the place was very clean.

Chris was very focused on having our stay be enjoyable. She was very responsive to every question and was better stocked than any AIRBNB I have stayed it that making things very convenient. Her hosting is very thoughtful. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

Great place loved the area but that particular unit right on busy street. The unit very clean very nice!! Would go again! Maybe different unit
