My experience at the Doña Anita condominium in La Serena was excellent. The location is ideal, close to a beautiful beach and minutes from the main access by Avenida Cuatro Esquinas, making it easy to move around the city. The cleanliness of the apartment and common areas was impeccable, which I valued a lot. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well decorated, with an enclosed balcony ideal for toddlers. Having a 24/7 doorman provided security and comfort, and the roofed garage was a big plus. The interaction with the Airbnb host was impeccable, always attentive and willing to help. Without a doubt, the highlight was the view from the apartment, a luxury that made every moment on the balcony unforgettable. Everything was perfect, no inconvenience, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend the Doña Anita condominium for those who visit La Serena.

The house is amazing, much better than what is shown in the pictures. The place is very quiet, and the atmosphere cozy. You can walk to all the beaches that are around. With my lady and our 4-year-old son we walk without any problem to all the nearby beaches. Mrs. Susy is a love and her dog Oso although it's big is very tender and jugueton. Diego was always friendly and attentive to our questions. If we return to Quintero we will definitely return to this place.

Multiple up-grade needs to be done on the property -Paint in general(has very old wallpaper) -Incorporar wi-fi -One best SmartTV of 55 minimum -Renovation of mattresses and armchairs -changing carpets in rooms that general bad odor -Great grill -bathrooms(for feet) -Improve access in grjas(generate space to put your hand in by leaving the padlocks closed) -Luz in back yard repair -megor cooler( delay in cooling downstairs) Everything else is fine :)

I totally recommend this house, it exceeded my expectations, it has complete equipment, clean, clean, cozy and enjoyable. Our stay was very pleasant, we felt right at home, the place is very quiet, pleasant and in a very good location.
