We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house and pool were perfect for us as a family with dog. We will definitely come back soon.

The kitchen is very well equipped and invites you to cook, nothing was missing. We were able to enjoy the spring sun in rural tranquility on the large terrace. The beds were cozy and invited you to sleep in.

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

A lovingly and stylishly appointed home! The ambiance is very special and cozy and offers everything to feel completely comfortable. The location is outside and in the middle of the countryside. At night you can quietly hear the creek rippling and you can watch the starry sky from the balcony, or through the skylight directly above the bed. All around just the right destination to relax and leave everyday life behind you. The contact is very warm and people, as well as animal companions, feel welcome right away. Well worth a trip!

Accomodation was clean, easy to find. Host was responsive and also flexible. location is also close to Boppard and Koblenz.

Even in advance, Johanna sent a lot of information about the area and excursion tips. The house is very well equipped, also toilet paper and dishwasher etc. Was available, as well as a barbecue. When the weather is nice, you can take several small walks directly from the house. Bakeries and shops are not within walking distance. We felt very comfortable!

Nothing has changed since my last review of this place - and that's a good thing because there is no need for improvements. This is not first and most likely not the last time I will choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful time at Susanne and Vilmar’s place. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the stars is hard to beat. The communication was very good and very friendly. Also they give you tons of helpful information. So we’re very happy and had wonderful days in a beautiful and relaxed environment. Loved it

The place fully corresponds to the description. The terrace and the premises were exactly adapted to our needs. Very clean, modern and warm accommodation, furnished with noticeable attention to detail. Even everything for rinsing and washing was available. Our children, including baby, felt comfortable and did not want to leave. The city offered a lot during the Christmas season in our 4 days. Koblenz is certainly worth visiting. We would also like to visit the rivers on summer days and we would also take this place if we are allowed to come back. Thanks again and all the best.

Quiet location away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close to the Mosel and its wine villages. Also not far from the Rhine (Koblenz, Boppard and Loreley). Dorothee and her husband live in the adjacent house, which makes communication very easy.

I stayed at Martin's place for a night. Communication was a good fit from the beginning & check-in went smoothly. The apartment is in a nice & quiet residential area. The AirBnB itself has everything you need & above all a nice large bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay

We had a great time here! The accommodation is well equipped and even for our dog everything was directed, from couch pillows to water bowls. We felt right at home. We had a few issues with the internet, but we were able to overcome that. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Viktor’s place. Viktor is very responsive and even though we were late checking in, Viktor waited for us to come and showed me around, absolutely legend! Highly recommended.

We were on Mondays and were able to relax nicely in the kitchen as on the balcony in the evening. The apartment is great and we would book everything exactly like that again.

Very well equipped farmhouse, beautiful rooms, long walks in fantastic nature possible. We had hoped for a boller-free New Year's Eve because of our dogs, which was unfortunately not the case at all, as many neighbors chased blasts right at the house. Still a clear recommendation!

A very nice stay near beautiful hiking areas. The accommodation was also beautifully decorated with all amenities. The instructions were very clear.

Fabulous house and fabulous host. The house is superb and has everything you need. There's a great local Gasthof (hope thats correct spelling) with brewery and excellent food less than five minutes (drive) away. The kitchen is fully fitted if you want to cook at home (which we did on a couple of night). We would/will stay again.
