Vacation rentals with a patio in Valle d'Itria

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. Despite being in the countryside, the road to access the property was wide and in good conditions (which is rare in the Puglian countryside!). Very peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Marina (the host) was always available for any help we needed during our stay.

Amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and light (which is rare in Italy). The location is perfect - very close to the historical center but very calm and quiet and about 10-15 min drive from the sea. Marcello is an amazing host, best I have ever encounter during my ten years of using airbnb 🤩 He’s very friendly, helpful and communicative. Everything was exactly like at the pictures. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for four nights at the Villa and loved every minute. Good location and private. Easy to drive around and lots of local shops and restaurants in Monopoli and Fassano. Would recommend to other guests!

Great apartment, super clean and beautifully furnished. Every detail is perfect, with charming little accents like dried flowers and tasty welcome snacks. I can recommend it to everyone! Amelia is very friendly and has lots of great tips for delicious restaurants. We will definitely come back again (or someone from our family) 💖

Great little place that’s perfect for 2 people who are out and about most of the day. It’s modern, clean, secure with all the listed amenities. Really close to the old town, the beach and the local restaurants. Easy access by car to the freeway to get around in Puglia.

A wonderful stylish apartment in the lovely town of Caragvigno. It’s a great base to explore the Valle d’itria area and near many stunning beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, particularly having time to relax on the beautiful roof terrace. Communication with Natasha was excellent throughout - they are lovely hosts and would love to return when we are next in Puglia.

We had an amazing stay in Stella’s house which is placed in the middle of Puglia between beautiful olive trees. The interior is so tasteful and perfect for design lovers. The outdoor kitchen was the hit, we enjoyed so much cooking outside. In the equipment we could find everything we need and much more. Thanks for creating such a beautiful jewel!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Ideally located in Cisternino, close to the historic center and not far from many places of interest in the area. The apartment is quiet, well equipped and spacious, outside the bathroom a little cramped. Note the particularly comfortable bed. Great communication with Francesco.

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Great house in an idyllic location. Especially in the large pool, my three kids had a great time. Everything is easily accessible by car in a reasonable time. We would book again anytime.

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

We had a great time, the house is extremely comfortable and the kitchen equipped, everything works and very good. Perfect heating. We find coffee, sugar, salt, soap in the bathroom and for laundry. I would definitely come back.

Laura is an impeccable host, not only has she always responded promptly to our requests, but she was very attentive and present giving us many tips and suggestions and making us feel very pampered. The house is really cozy, with all the necessary amenities and even more. The terrace is beautiful and equipped with a large table with umbrella, there is also an outdoor shower in addition to the bathroom, so after the sea you do not bring all the sand into the house. You can breathe the atmosphere of a really lived home and not just a vacation rental. They converse in addition to being a very nice place, it is located in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the place. I traveled with my family, including a dog who was well received. Overall a very positive experience, a beautiful vacation. Thanks Laura, if we go back to Conversano we would love to come back here.

The house was charming and beautiful in the most simple/pure way. The location was excellent and walkable to many great spots in different sections of Ostuni. The house gives you the feeling of what it is like to live there. Chatter on the streets at all hours of the locals, laundry hanging on balconies and windows, beautiful tight streets with cobbled roads- absolutely charming in all the best ways. What a gift to have stayed here.

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and well equipped. The pool exceeded our expectations - it was remodeled in May 2024 - and has a plateau area perfect for our little daughter to spend time with us in the pool. Peter and his wife are great hosts! We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

Francesco is a good host. The apartment has a parking spot which is valuable if you are traveling by car. The view off the deck is beautiful. We found the bed to be quite hard but otherwise had a nice stay.
