We really enjoyed our stay. A well situated apartment in a quiet area of Spain, within easy access of beautiful beaches and local amenities. The apartment is kept beautifully with lots of little extras. We really enjoyed the seating area out front especially in the warm afternoons and evenings. The communal pool area is generally occupied by fellow owners, it is busy on the weekend but on a few occasions during the week we had it to ourselves! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy quality family time x

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

Better than we expect. The apartment was very clean, had everything you need, good location , very friendly host, very good communication. Everything is perfect. And best of all, the fantastic ocean view. Thank you very much Mercedes, we will definitely be back

Mercedes remains an excellent host. Always mindful of our needs responded quickly to a contact with us motivated by the failure of a store. Since the usual flexibility, attention to detail and care for the guest have been the brand image. Although not a great football fan I will use an image that in this sport is used a lot: in a winning team it does not move. Now that, for family reasons, we often travel to Murcia, we will return for sure.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. This home is spectacular honestly the decor and architectural design is amazing. I did not want to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked and the linen was top quality. Both bathrooms are full of character. We slept in the open concept living space that has a beautiful set up. I love the high ceilings and the rustic brick walls. I thought the message board above the desk area is a nice touch. I will be returning to this great home when I in back to Cartagena. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our check-in, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. They were also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, making the process smooth and stress-free. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making our stay truly enjoyable. There are supermarkets available at walkable distance for people who don't drive will be helpful. There are plenty of beaches around too. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

A accommodation of 10. It is very spacious, everything was clean and tidy, has all the necessary consumables (paper, soap, towels...), and even with garage. We were very very comfortable in this apartment.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

This was the perfect place to spend a week for scuba diving in Cabo de Palos. It is a short walk from the harbour for the dive centres and restaurants, as well as the beaches and lighthouse. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and utilsils so it's also possible to cook in the apartment. Everything was left clean so I had no problems using any of the kitchen equipment, bathroom, linen etc. it's clear Miguel keeps the apartment nicely. I hope to use the apartment again when I am next back for diving.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

This place was perfect for us. We picked it because of the beautiful view but it has more to offfer. You can feel home away from home as the design is beautiful and all you need is there. Even with rain outside you can just enjoy staying in and take advantage of the view. The place was clean, easy to find and the automatic check in is fantastic as you have no problems when you are coming late. Pedro is very proactive with recommondations! we would defenitely recommend the place and would come again.

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.
