Vacation rentals with beach access in Valla

We have stayed at Pete’s place multiple times over the last few years for my son’s sport in Coffs. We love staying here and it feels like a home away from home. Has everything you need and is well stocked. It’s also very clean.. Will always pick Pete’s place first when heading to Sawtell .

Matariki is such a special place. We loved staying in this quiet garden oasis that’s still super close to beautiful beaches (Little Bay felt like a private beach! ). The apartment is cleverly designed so that it feels larger than what you see on the photos. Julie was a fantastic host whose welcome basket was superb. 😊 We also highly recommend hiring bikes, so fun being able to ride to everything. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location of this airbnb. Quiet but close to anything we needed. Enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at! We just stayed one night which was perfect for an overnight stopover while travelling, but also would be great for a longer stay. It was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing. Such a quiet location. Everything we needed was provided including a great breakfast. Thanks Kaye and David

Great location with cafes and shops on the doorstep and the beach just across the road. I didn’t notice the no A/C in the listing but didn’t need it, the breeze blowing from the ocean more than made up for it. Very clean and well kept apartment.

Our 5th year in a row to return to Headlands House, we love everything about it. It can be wild and woolly out in the ocean and we are cosy inside watching the drama unfold in front of us. Otherwise we are out there, the sea is sparkling, the waves are perfect for beginner surfers, and the beach is quiet enough to feel like you have it to yourself. And don't forget to go to the scotts head surf club on Sunday afternoon for a fun, friendly session of locals and local musicians 🎶🎶💖

Cheryls house was just perfect for what we needed. a little bigger with four bedrooms than a couple needs but we wanted the facilities - fenced yard and plenty of running room for the dogs. The house was well equipped, very homely with attention to details and we just loved our stay.

James Is a great host the place was as described would definitely stay here again. His a true gentleman and took care of us. Thanks for the stay!

Comfortable, welcoming, relaxing home with a great fully fenced backyard for our dog. Spent a lot of time on the spacious back deck relaxing in the beautiful weather. Close to the beach. Pauline was very knowledgable about the local area with suggestions of things to do and places to see. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Pauline.

Our family of four adults had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was fresh, clean, and tidy, with comfy beds that made us feel right at home. All the necessary facilities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the peaceful and quiet location. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise, taking long walks on the beach, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Dining on the deck with the refreshing seabreeze was a highlight of our evenings. We’d definitely love to return and make more memories here!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and well laid out. It’s close to the road yet feels very private. The AirPlay feature on the TV was a great touch! Plus, the beach is just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Our family truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

Clare was a wonderful host! Clare was accomodating and communicated easily. The house was great, close to the rocks club and the walking track just near the house leads to town or the beach and is very convenient if you like to walk, see the bush land, river or beach. We had a wonderful stay, the only Enquiry I would recommend would be heating or cooling depending on the time of year. It was perfect for us, in October.
