Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

We agree with all the other guest feedbacks and add some things: - it was good we had the heater (we used it every morning during breakfast because it was quite chilly in the morning begin of March) - good we had some toys (although i was expecting a bit more) - Great size of the apartment (we were 2 adults and one kid and if you are more than 4 ppl it is too small in my opinion.) - washingmachine and laundry detergent was super!!

The stay in this apartment was very pleasant. We were just looking in this urbanization as we know Dénia and this is the best. Highlighting Suzana's work, it's nice to find people like that, engaged and helpful worker. Very easy communication with her. As a constructive recommendation, incorporate a couple of beach chairs as there was only one small and the other was broken. Otherwise, this place and this development is a safe and profitable bet. It won't let you down

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

We loved the apartment, we had privacy since it is inside a closed one, the location is excellent, the tram is coming out, the area is very quiet and familiar. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Sandra was very kind to welcome us, it's definitely a place we recommend

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

Amazing view with large balcony. Nice pool in the area. Car is a must. Great equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the 4 weeks we stayed here.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

A nice and friendly couple greeted us at the listing as scheduled. They showed the apartment everything needed while giving the keys. They also told us that the next day would be a local sacred when the grocery stores were closed, so we could be prepared. The apartment itself is very clean and matched the description. Lovely rooftop terrace and the apartment have everything you need for a longer trip. The location of the apartment is great. There are nature trails, restaurants, and a small shop right next door. The beach is also within walking distance. A big plus for your own parking spot. You can easily get around by car because of good road connections and a short trip to the airport. There's a lot to explore and amazing nearby. It takes about half an hour to the center of Alicante. 15min to the airport. A positive experience in every way, big recommendations! ❤️

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is perfect and the best without hesitation on the terrace,with those views and that tranquility to spend a few days of rest is ideal. The pool is beautiful,the cryos have passed it d maravilla. The complex in general very well cared for and with total safety. William and Miguel Angel's treatment was fantastic,we had a small accident as soon as we arrived and were super attentive with us and quickly resolved it. So in general, everything is great. We would repeat without hesitation!!!
