Great stay in this accommodation in a very good location and very well-equipped.

This small holiday residence is ideally proportioned to benefit from a shared pool, pétanque and ping pong area... without having the inconvenience of the "crowd". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the beautiful villages of Ardèche.

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was clean, quiet and as advertised. The little less: the price is a little expensive especially since linens are not included in it. The little extra: the wood stove that was ready when we arrived, the children's games and the calm.

I spent 5 months in this apartment, and I can only recommend it! The apartment is very convenient, well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether short or long term. Free parking is a huge plus, especially in Valencia. Azel was always responsive and available. Whenever I had a question or need, he responded quickly and with a lot of kindness, which is very nice. Accommodation close to highways. Perfect for work and personal travel. Very efficient WiFi allowing excellent internet connection and excellent quality video. You will be quiet and the hosts were very responsive.

We stayed with 2 families and had a great time. The garden is very large and very well kept. The pool lit in the evening allows you to fully enjoy it. Many activities nearby: hiking, biking, paddle, nautical base. Proximity to Valencia for strolling and dining or drinking. Bel en droit to discover the Ardeche and the Drome. In short, very good stay and Guillaume, our host was very available.

Apart from 4G weak in this village, everything was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped, spacious chmbres, comfortable living room, pisicine, etc.

Jean Marc's setting and house are beautiful, we enjoyed it. The pool is superb, and the shade appreciable on the deckchairs. The activities around are many, canyoning, via Ferrata and hikes, the week went very quickly! The ping pong table on site also animated our days, only small downside , a very cool room in the basement but a little wet, otherwise everything was perfect! We loved our week of vacation in this idyllic and well insulated setting, but not lost , because 15 minutes from Aubenas for shopping, which was convenient.

very nice accommodation, very quiet. With family (3 couples and 4 teenagers )everyone found their place. foosball was very successful given the rainy weather. close to the center , the castle and the palace of the nougat.

Philippe and his partner were very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is superb, spacious and looks even better than pictured, with beautiful views and friendly surroundings. The pool is large, clean and maintained every day. Thank you for your sympathy and maybe see you soon!

A great week at Nicolas' place. Quite and peaceful property nearby Montelimar. The garden is the best asset of the house for summer time with family and friends. Great and clean pool, barbecues, plenty of spots for sitting and relaxing. The 4 beds are great and clean. Air conditioning at the first floor helped us during hot days. Nicolas was very responsive and found us 2 beds for our baby and older toddler. A recommend this place for a lovely quiet stay. 5 stars.
