The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures, with impeccable decor and very aesthetically cared for. The cleanliness was outstanding, you can see the care on every corner. Also, the check-in instructions were clear, and the host was always available to quickly answer any questions. The location is excellent, easily accessible and very well marked. The apartment met all expectations and what was described in the listing. It has all the comforts possible inside, in addition to the common outdoor spaces such as the pool, gym and game room. Highlight the sympathy and proactivity to respond from Gonzalo that was attentive all the time to any need that arose, an excellent host. The apartment's location is ideal for privacy especially in periods of such influx of people. Recommended and we would definitely come back.

We loved the place. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is very good, we were able to do most of the activities we wanted to walk from the apartment. It was easy to get to, and they were also very nice to get me extra parking. I would return to this place and recommend it whenever I can, an excellent place.

A lovely place, impeccably clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It has private parking and high security, which provides peace of mind at all times. The feeling of being here is like being at home. Its central location allows you to easily walk to the main points of interest. Definitely an 11/10 experience. Totally recommended!

The depto is in very good condition, comfortable for 3 people, spacious bathroom, well equipped. The place is very quiet to rest there was no noise in other deptos, you can bring your pet, the sector is super quiet and you can walk, there is everything close, it is easy to get to and to move to other places.

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.

Extraordinary place , exceptional view The house is very good , very pleasant. A very spacious and pleasant terrace, the house is literally in the woods . Very comfortable and tasteful. It is not on the shore of the lake but access is very easy by a pedestrian tunnel under the road. The house has everything one could want : good quintessential, stove, cuba, etc.

The house is located in a very safe and quiet condominium. the views of Lake Villarrica are incredible both during the day and at night when there is moon. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We really enjoyed each space and in particular the fire pit and pool area. To us that we like pets, we loved the friendly kitty who “guards” the house always outside. This is a great place to spend holidays with family or friends and we highly recommend it. If you are traveling from outside Chile, we recommend having a local phone chip as we have had some coverage difficulties in roaming and to access the condominium, Valentina can register you in the application to control access. We thank Valentina and Vicente for their kindness and we look forward to the possibility of returning.

The house and place is beautiful, upscale facilities, and top-notch care from the condo staff. It has beautiful spaces, a very well kept beach, and swimming pools for adults and children. A perfect place to enjoy as a family.
