The house is a dream!! Located right on a canal, with a private terrace/dock, this house is luminous with the most breathtaking views. Everything is exactly like in the pictures: amazing interiors, very comfortable beds and pillows, well-equipped with everything you need to clean or cook , and mostly it is spotless. Something that I really appreciated was the provision of slippers, shower soaps, plenty of towels and toilet papers, all things that many airbnbs have stopped providing making, thus, the stay complicated when arriving at the house. The house is located in a tranquil area, close to restaurants, the vaporetto stop and a supermarket. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and Pietro, from before arriving to the end, made sure that we had everything we needed. He is a very kind person. We loved everything; one of the best airbnb experience that we've had.

Wonderful apartment. Not cheap, but worth the splurge. The convenience of an elevator cannot be underestimated. Sunsets along the Giudecca are spectacular. Thank you to Giorgio!

We had a great stay, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was very nice and clean and the location was beautiful.

The hosts are very nice and friendly who have provided us with useful information and suggestions on the trip in Venice. The house, which is near the train station with 7 minutes walk, is cosy and gorgeous with a beautiful garden that we can enjoy ourselves in.

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well-equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor. the stairs are a bit narrow but being in Venice it is normal, the apartment itself is nice, well-kept and very clean. Maybe the bed was a little uncomfortable, but it's a personal rating. the apartment is very well connected by public transport and the area is very calm, even if it is close to Piazza San Marco. the directions to get there were very clear and provided well in advance to facilitate the organization of the trip! i recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Venice!
