Fantastic location. Very private and peaceful. Close to Stony Plain with all the shopping you would need. Felt at home .Stayed a extra month because we loved it so much. Mike and his wife are wonderful people. 100 % recommend.

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend and we were very happy with our stay at the cabin! James left us great instructions on how to check in and any extra info we needed prior to our stay which made everything super simple upon arrival. The cabin was super cozy with absolutely everything we could have needed (aside from cooking oil but we could have brought our own), I’ve never seen an air bnb so well prepared and organized. Although we didn’t use the outdoor space it was still super nice and know it would be amazing in the summer. On our second day, the hosts checked in with us to see if we needed anything and gave us walking/hiking suggestions as well. Anytime we had a question, one of the hosts was very quick to respond and super friendly to chat with. Overall we all had a great stay in this lovely cabin and hope to come again to enjoy it in the summer! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quaint getaway near the city. We had such a great stay at Dan’s cabin!! We were 2 couples, friends getting together to stay 3 nights. We felt very comfortable & at home throughout our whole stay. All of the amenities worked great, everything we needed during our stay. Dan’s cabin is well stocked with dishes, towels, blankets, pillows and plenty of fresh bottled water. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare & enjoy meals. We had lots of fun playing cards & listening to the ‘Alexa’ command stereo music! One of our goals while here, was to do some ice fishing! We were successful one day & happy to enjoy a fish fry! A highlight for sure, was to enjoy the hot tub, which none of us have at home, so it was a real treat! Dan had the hot perfectly ready to go, we didn’t need to adjust any buttons at all. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us Dan, we had such a good time we just might be back one day!

This air bnb is beautiful. It’s such a cute place and location is amazing. Literally walk across the alley way to the beach. The place was spotless. It had everything we needed. Was well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Has a great front patio area which was great to sit with a coffee in the mornings. The property has been very well looked after. A lot of love has gone into making this place homey. The firepit was a bonus and chairs to sit around it. Will definitely be back. Was a great winter get away. Will be even more amazing in the summer. Great neighbours. We did a walk to the neighborhood pub. Met super friendly locals. Lots of room in the house too. 3 levels.

We stayed at Jean's place for a family Christmas gathering. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family. Jean is an exceptional host and ensured all the details were perfect including plenty of chopped wood, a Christmas tree and decorated home. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed to make a turkey dinner. We will definitely be coming back again.

My family had a great stay, host was very kind and left a sweet gift for my kids and had quick response times. I felt the neighborhood was very quite, great for walking your dogs and nice views of the city as it's minutes away. We were very comfortable (especially the king bed) staying here and will stay again if we come back to the area :)

We had a great ice fishing weekend at this wonderful lakefront home! The house is very bright and spacious (and organized!), easily accommodating a few families with everything needed to make it a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway. Including an ice shack! The hosts were very responsive and friendly, quick to answer any and all questions our group had. We made some great memories with family and friends, and hope to make more here in the future!
