Fantastic !!! We had a lovely visit to your retreat center and most importantly felt like your family and what a wonderful dinner we shared at Soi71, the best Thai restaurant we have ever been to. Your Airbnb was a perfect location for us with easy access to markets, coffee shops, restuarants and businesses in Guslhhan 2. We are deeply moved by you and your staff's friendly and inclusive welcome and are looking forward to requesting your Airbnb next time we are in Dhaka. This is a hidden gem in Dhaka. I booked the place for one night with my friends and I had an absolutely great time. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The host was great too. Can’t wait to book it again.

We had a great time at MD Ashraf’s place. Initially there were some concerns but the owner was very responsive and took necessary steps to make our stay pleasant. Staffs were available specially Arefin for any issues or questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again in future.

Mr. Tanvir's place is at one of the most secured and accessible locations in Dhaka. Our short stay was very convenient because of the connectivity with nearby business locations. The place is well maintained and great hospitality was shown to us. Will definitely stay here when we visit again!

it was a very nice place. very spacious and neat. the host helped me check-in at a late hour because my arrival in the city was late. it was a standalone apartment, with a separate kitchen. there was dedicated access to the roof. I wish I had more time to enjoy the accomodations better.

Staying at this charming apartment was delightful. The cozy one-bedroom setup, complete with a living room, small but well-equipped kitchen, and spotless bathroom, felt just right. The kitchen had a microwave oven, refrigerator, and water filter, which were very convenient. Located centrally, it was easy to get around the city. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing thoughtful amenities like a nail cutter and an iron. The beautiful balcony was a highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

My review is based on my expectation being from the UK. Out of all the AirBNB I stayed in I have to say this is far the best property. The property was super clean and fresh which matters the most to me and my family. The property itself was as described and shown in the pictures. The location was great for both the airport and visiting key places in Dhaka with ample choices for food and shopping. The host was excellent, and communication was first class. If we had any requirements or needed anything or were not happy with any aspect, he would be available straight away to deal with it. The additional bonus for me was that I was told that all income generated from this property goes towards funding scholarship for underprivileged students and by default I was a part of that. I will definitely return here in the near future and will recommend it to others.

In one word, the living was "memorable". The whole apartment was super cleaned and aesthetically furnished. Basma played at a time with the space and some functioning creative furniture. My wife and daughter loved to move inside the apartment so often. Basma communicated regarding all the necessities and made our staying peaceful. The caretakers were so responsive and helped us whenever we needed anything. Location was great and middle of everything. If someone really like to have some quite and quality time with family during the visit, Basma's place surely would be the best fit. Thankful to Basma and her sister for accepting our extended living.

This is our 3rd stay and we had a great time for the past 1 month here. Ashraf's place was not only incredibly welcoming but also perfectly equipped and felt like home.
