Vacation rentals with a patio in Uttan

The place looked exactly like it did in the photos. Although we noticed a few stains on the bedsheet, Mr. Shekhar promptly addressed the issue by providing fresh sheets, even though it was after his usual work hours. We truly appreciated his responsiveness. Additionally, Ms. Shradha was extremely helpful in guiding us through the parking situation and explaining the rest of the house details.

Zehaan’s place was very cosy and comfy! Very responsive host. Was just a text away! Its a very safe building with proper security. Room had all the amenities and was very spacious. Would love to visit again whenever Im in mumbai next time.

I was bringing my mom back to India after 9 years and staying at Menaka and Yashna’s place for a few days of rest before we began our India travels proved to be the right decision. They were such lovely and gracious hosts. They answered any questions and concerns we had before arriving with such promptness that we were at ease even before arrival. Their Dad greeted us when we arrived and that warm welcome too made us feel at home. The place was cozy for the two of us. Enough space to spread out and rest. Nice and sunny and cozy. From welcome snacks to a book of recommendations, they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The front watchman helped us bring our luggage upstairs and had the key ready for us. The place is quite central, being near many restaurants and local sites in Bandra. My mom’s first experience with staying at an Airbnb was very positive! Would definitely stay here again if it’s available!!!

When I first saw the pictures of this Airbnb, it felt too good to be true. The pictures looked so beautiful, I was almost convinced that I needed to have lesser expectations. However, when we reached, I was thrilled to be proved wrong! In reality, it is way more beautiful. So much so, that pictures can't do justice. Whether it was how spacious it was, or the decor that was par excellence, with ease and facilities that went way beyond my expectations, or even the location and the view - all of it was beyond anything I could imagine. It was hard to leave, especially the view of the lights glistening on the water, viewing the Bandstand promenade, or watching the reflections of the sun set every evening... We hardly went out, and spent a lot of time especially in the living room which was spacious, bright and inviting. Added to that, Joy has been the most warm and gracious host, making sure we had everything we needed, and being available for any issue or queries.

Amazing spot for a stay in Bandra west. Close to many excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Unit is very private and quiet. Had all the needed amenities plus nice add ons like bottled water jug for the stay. Kitchen well equipped for cooking too. The roof top terrace in beautiful in the night time! Would highly recommend for your stay in Bandra West. The location also made it easy for traveling to others areas Bombay.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!

I've been to a few Airbnbs but this one stood out the most. The house is equipped with everything you need. The ac does not cool the whole room but it sufficient for the bed and the area around it. The best part was the open terrace it was really peaceful at night. I will recommend this place to a lot of people

I had such a peaceful stay at Luxeone’s villa. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The nearby garden was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. Pallavi & Rishi was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was like a true home away from home. I Will definitely book again for my next trip!

The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

Adil’s place was really home away from home. It was quiet, homely and comforting with quite a great view of the city. It is walking distance to the monorail station and around 10 mins via cab to the nearest local station. It is definitely a very comfortable and affordable stay and a must visit the next time you’re in Mumbai!

Tushar and Netra were really hospitable and had a great place within the city to enjoy your day. The view from the apartment was very beautiful.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

There are always two aspects which make an Airbnb experience memorable - the place as well as the host. And both the property and the host Mr Kishore exceeded our expectations. I visited Kishore's place along with my wife during the Christmas weekend. The place is beautiful and is located away from all the noise which we experienced when we arrived in Alibaug. The property was very clean, and well maintained. Kishore was in touch with us since the time we booked. He shared detailed instructions of how to reach the property as well as some good restaurants and experiences recommendations in the nearby area. The people at the property also had a very good attitude and were attentive to all our needs and requests. I'd surely visit here again and would also recommend others to visit if they're looking to spend a peaceful and relaxed weekend with their family.

We had a really good time staying here, the bnb was very clean and comfortable to stay at. The caretaker was very helpful and kind. We loved the vintage charm that the place has. The building and the area wasn't very clean but the bnb area was extremely clean and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay.
