Vacation rentals with a patio in Utica

This place is a gem. Very close to Colgate University. Andrea, the host, has thought of every single detail. She is very helpful with local recommendations. She put out snacks, coffee/tea and bathroom items (even a phone charger!). Super clean, very comfy lounging , great bed. Just a really great find if you’re visiting the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Natale and Lance are responsive, and have a very comfortable set up. Plenty of space, parking is easily accessible. Very friendly.

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a quick weekend stay or longer for 2 people. The place was very clean and quiet. Quick and easy to get it with parking right out front of the door that leads upstairs. I will deffinately book again in the future.

Jacob was a great host who accommodated our every need! He was a pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. His place was walkable to some shops and there were pretty mountain views. He even went the extra mile to lend me a crucial charger I forgot! Would stay with again :)

The Farm House Lodge was a great decision for our group of snowmobilers. After finding out that the Tailwater Lodge was full, with no vacancy’s, I was able to download the Air B and B Application on my phone. It appeared that everything was booked due to a busy weekend full of snowmobile events. I was able to locate the Farm House which is right next door to the Tail water Lodge. After talking to the friendly host, this house was for our group. The Farm House sits directly on the trail and easily accessible from the back yard. From pictures and description it was hard to imagine this house, but it’s beautiful broken up into two suites on the first floor that each have their own bed, little kitchen, bathroom and living room with a pull out bed. The upstairs has a master style bedroom and bathroom, along with another room with bunk beds. All the rooms share the master main kitchen, along with a great room that had a pool table and tv. Great experience with the host and I would come back

Was perfect for our short getaway, cleaning fee could have been reduced since we were there only 1 night and very little cleaning was needed

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Great spot for our team to base out of during our weekend curling bonspiel. Beds were comfy and parking for 2 cars was a good bonus.
