Great. Though the photos could better show the charm of this place. It's definitely better live.

Definitely worth an experience. Super small harbor. And the possibility to sail with the houseboat all over the lake. Also with kids and even dog a great adventure.

We had reserved the houseboat Porta II for 3 nights. We liked the stay very much and we will come back again again! Unfortunately, the houseboat could not be moved at the time, so we were only in the harbor. The harbor and boat were in a very clean and tidy condition.

Great place to stay for a family w 2 adults and 3 children. Fresh breeze from the lagoon and a nice marina with a few places to have a coffee or icecream. The Marina itself is nice but Kamien Pomorski has very little else to offer so come here for a relaxing few days.

Konrad is a true superhost, taking care of 8 houseboats on a beautiful, big lake. All houseboats are well designed from inside and outside. And look and feel inside like a real apartment. While the outside is strong enough and well isolated so that even during a windy night we could sleep peacefully and quite. Being able to drive the houseboat on the lake, after one hour training, was a big plus! As it allowed us to explore the cities and beaches around, or having breakfast in the middle of the big lake :-) Thanks a lot, Konrad, and we are looking forward to come next year again!

We felt very comfortable and everything was okay! We were passing through and enjoyed the stopover very much. The view with sunset on Szczecin, the trip to the carnivals across the street with the children was certainly the highlight :) and the breakfast in the morning by the water was very nice before it went on for us. However, it was also relatively noisy at night. You are very central and right on the promenade. You can hear everything! Just when it's very warm outside and you have to open all the windows. The carnival also went until about 23:00 and is probably always in the summers. You have to keep that in mind. However, it was not a problem for us, but just the right thing to end our trip!

it was very relaxed and chill on the houseboat. Great location in the small harbor. Unfortunately, we did not drive because we were only there for a very short time, but explored the area by bike, which is highly recommended. Rad is super accessible, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, then it will also be on the water:)

The houseboat is ideally located: if you want (and do not pull the blinds closed), you will be woken up by the sun, from the living room and the terraces you can look at the Bodden (spectacular sunsets included). To the harbor and downtown Ribnitz-Dammgarten are within walking distance along the waterfront. The partly harsh criticism of the Boddentherme, which may be only a few meters away, we still spent a nice afternoon there. The houseboat is aesthetically pleasing and furnished to a high standard; we have never seen better or more complete amenities in any apartment. The welcome and instruction was extraordinarily friendly, all later questions were answered promptly. Very pleasant, very exceptional!

My daughter and I had a fantastic vacation. We were warmly welcomed and kindly supported with questions at any time. The neighborhood and the view directly on the water were even more beautiful than in the photos, so you didn't have to do much to still have the full holiday feeling. A very nice and tastefully decorated houseboat. It is fixed, you have to know (but also in the description) an advantage that comes from it: always drinking water and always enough electricity (for infrared heating and kitchen) thanks to fixed connection. Another plus: it is very quiet and yet close to the center. (Attention: Access via the BFW is not possible, although Google Maps claims this.) We had a wonderful few days. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time on the houseboat. The tasteful decor, the great motorboat and the peaceful location not far from a swimming spot and the river boating facilities were great. The people from River Boating were nice and helpful with questions about the houseboat vacation. We will be happy to come back!

We liked the accommodation very much. Landlord was very kind. Great view. Sunrise and sunset were fantastic.

We booked the houseboat as a birthday trip for a weekend. Check-in went smoothly from start to finish. The communication spotless. Even with a call late in the evening hours, there was quick assistance via cell phone. The surroundings as well as adjacent rivers in a beautiful. With real sun and moonlight combined with the viewing in the water, almost breathtaking views. The boat is cozy and clean. Everything you need is there. Sunrise and sunset breakfast and sunset on the terrace, definitely a must. Great value for money. We're already planning the next trip. Definitely recommend, even for people without "boat"experience. Check-out impeccable and fast. Also worth mentioning Eric's helpfulness and courtesy. There was also help with unpacking and packing. All polite and nice. And all in one an unforgettable adventure.

We had great days on the houseboat. Buns can be ordered and next door is a cafe/restaurant where you can also go for a meal/drink. Owners were super friendly. We felt very comfortable.

The houseboat totally met our expectations and we felt very comfortable immediately. The location, nature, tranquility and proximity to the beach were exactly what we wanted. The decor is also beautiful and also in the kitchen you will find everything you need. So our wishes were fully fulfilled and we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the houseboat. The place looked like the pictures. The location is quiet and really off the beaten path. But we thought it was good. Everything was clean and everything needed was to be found.
