Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Uptown/Carrollton, New Orleans

We had a fantastic stay at Stephen's Airbnb in New Orleans! The place was spotless and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep. Stephen was very responsive and quick to assist with any questions or requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. He was also very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was great a short Uber ride to all—close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed in Nola many times, this is one of my favorite places so far. We all absolutely adored the history, the antiques, and the overall ambience. Very convenient to everything you’d like to do in the French Quarter. Extremely thoughtfully appointed. Tons of towels, Wonderfully stocked kitchen, two sets of washer and dryers, and the pool was lovely. Also, the decorating was marvelous. Can’t say enough good stuff about this host and the house manager. Really went above and beyond.

Thank you for making our mini trip so worth it. We will be back soon and would love for our stay to be your home. The host was very respectful, kina and super responsive.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Beautiful spacious house. Looks just like the pictures. The house is stocked up with everything you will think to need! The only improvement or suggestion I have is to get better lighting. It was hard for us ladies to get ready and do our makeup because of the lighting. Because of all the walls being black it makes everything really dark even with the lights on.
